Would you feel the same if it was your friends kid or even your kid? There is no excuse for behavior like this. Does the size of the can really matter? That's a good way to tell the kid he isn't going to play in the second half. Good communication skills...

How would you like it if that garbage can hit your kid in the face? You say don't bash on coaches in here, shouldn't it be more important that the coach not bash on the kids? If the administration appears to be taking this serious shouldn't you?

This game could get ugly early and often. Grundy appears to have lost confidence after starting 1-3. Grundy has the potential to play well against SM. lets hope for the kids that they can put past events behind them and play well.

I've heard some disturbing info from last night that might what mt. Dill is referring to and if this stuff is true the ambassador might start bashing. It wouldn't bother me to eat crow on my prediction either or on other things we have discussed is this thread. However I don't expect it to happen silverdale by an extra point. If Grundy does lose this its really going to be a long year. Maybe I'm wrong.

The young Pickett is just that young. He has great potential. However part of the problem has been bringing in people with no experience. Everyone has to start somewhere but they need to have worked under experienced coaches. They need to learn from someone. Grundy can't afford to have more head coaches learn on the job. If there is a change at some point it might be good to bring in the young Pickett but with a more experienced head coach to learn from. There were good coaches looking at this job last time and there will be in the future. Sooner or later.

I'm sorry I thought this was AMERICA... If it a rule please educate me and show me where it is. I'm still confused, how is talking about the fact that the coach needs to make adjustments not talking about the game?

I’m confused all the post today are about the adjustments that need to be made to be successful this week. Whose responsibility is it to make these adjustments? The kids or parents, I don’t know please help me... If the adjustments aren’t made and Grundy goes 0-3 or 1-2 over the next three weeks who is it that we should question? Since I’m one of those people who are uneducated in the ways of football please help.

Against SP, MC, SC, BC, ND, and Signal the Bryant's are currently 7-18. Could easly be 7-22 by the end of the season. Add the four playoff losses and Grundy could be by the end of the season 7-26 in the games that matter. If this season play out the way the past seasons have, NO PLAYOFFS... Maybe they just need a little more time.

Don't worry winning and losing have nothing to do with coaching... They just need a little more time...

Change will come. The question is how many kids will miss out because they didn't have the coaches who knew how to make the proper adjustments and put them in the proper position to give them a chance to win... Sooner or later...

K.C. Came to Grundy. Grundy had a guy who was building what K.C. Took over. And it was taken away from him in just three years and he got to the second round before K.C... These guys are on year five. Do they help the middle school or pee wee guys? What have they done to build the program other than schedule cupcakes and then get mad when they are told not to drop S.P.?Who have they ever out coached?

Wouldn't they have to fire the current coaches before we put In our resumes? Just want to be up on proper procedures...

A coach is someone who gives all the credit to the kids when they win, and that coach takes all the blame win they lose. If that coach can't take the heat then he should get off of the sidelines... Since when is talking about coaches not talking about football? Grundy Pride when you ASSUME people on here have no experience as a player or coach, well you know what you are making...

This is what happens when you bring in a coach with no experience and he has a staff full of family members. This was a bad hire from the start. Maybe five years is not enough time? How can there be 40 on the pass list? Looks like the whole family is on the field...
