Well the Region Semis are here: West vs. LC and Central vs. Bearden...should be some good games. Who ya got?

The only reason that Jordan Hall didn't play is because LC knew they had it in the bag and they got bigger fish to fry. Hood was the difference but when it comes down to it LC > Loudon. And if you haven't checked the stats, Jordan Hall is averaging double figures in AAA. And if you think Jordan Belvin would have cracked the starting lineup for LC...you're a blame lunatic. Just sayin.

Cocke Co. beat LC the first game of the season. The top of the poll says Post holidays. Id say the Panthers have gotten better since then. They beat West who is ranked #2. Just saying...

No joke. You cant just leave it at a compliment to jordan you have to go and downgrade the rest of the team. Theyre out there working their tails off everyday and you go and call them a three ring circus. They are high school kids. Do you not think they are trying? How would you feel if somebody said that about team pyro.

My thoughts exactly. If the team you are talking about is the Mustangs, only one of their players is even on the team at LC and none of them are on varsity. The kids that are sophmores this year dont even have a team. They are all spread out among 3 or 4 different teams. I dont know about aau but in middle school im sure jordan was probably the biggest and most physical guard on the court most of the time. Not saying jordan isnt a good player but with that being said I think there will be a bigger transition from middle to high school then you think.

I think he would be a good fit because of his positions already in the program. By promoting from within it should make the kids and fans feel more comfortable with the coaching change.

Im just saying that with the facilities and funding Oak Ridge has, added to their successful program, i would think they could make a bigger splash then that. By the way, if the only options for Oak Ridge are Coach K, Roy Williams, and Rick Pitino or Brian Stewart and Colt Narramore, I would say the Oak Ridge Wildacts will not be back in the region championship again this year. FYI.

I agree about narramore. He needs more time to prove he can be successful at the high school level.

I heard that about rodney nelson too. I think he did apply but thats all i heard. And about coach windle interviewing...i think any panther would would be excited to hear that not disappointed.

Heard through the grapevine that windle has an interview today. I think he would be a very good hire for a program that is looking strong for next year but then entering a bit of a rebuilding stage with a very very inexperienced junior class.

I dont know where you heard this but i dont think coach brian stewart has any where near the experience needed to coach at such a prestigious program. He is a great person but he is just not ready for that big of a stage.

Saw him play in the state...good, physical, ball player. Joe's gonna miss him next year.
