Well, Well, your Great new coach didn't fair to well against those Trojans. So let me hear it, how bad he is and he is not head coach material because thats what you said about your old coach so tell me whats the difference. Atleast the old coach did score on offense against Dyersburg when they played each other. I thought Coach Pelligrino was suppose to be this light up the score board Offensive Guru I mean what happen!! So surely this week against Covington its a guranteed win right. I mean Covington held Brighton to 14 points the entire game and from what I was told they were winning up until the last 2 minutes of the game. The last time Ripley played Brighton was in a jamboree and before your great coach pulled out the starters it was like 20-0 in the first quarter so tell me what is your prediction for this friday. Because Ripley has played four teams two that are good and got killed and two that were not very good at all and won. So where does covington fall in this scenario but like you said in an earlier post Wheeler is not an head coach so it should be no problem for your Tigers come friday I'm mean Covington will just simply get out coached right!!!! hahahahaha Covington dominates there is your District 13AA week 4 prediction Its obious you will only pick out what part of my post that you want to, but I will say Coach P is the better coach as it will show friday against a one dimesional coach which every coach can adjust to and even then you will not admit I guess not until he beat your the chargers and your tomcats who finally got there 1st win over uhhh... no one knows who they were. Also like I said the community is already 2nd guessing Marty Wheeler as I found out on Sat. He decided to throw the ball as the pressure from around the community mounted. When the boosters and the community starts to get into your coaching walking papers aren't far behind. When its all all done and said I promise not to step on your toes as since you can't handle the pressure.

It definetly was over long before I thought it would be, I guess after running the opening kickoff back we felt as if thats all we needed. Entirely too many turnovers and only one player for Ripley showed up to play and that was Brandon Blackwell. Congrats Trojans on the victory.

Last week you were 3-1 with Gibson loosing to Ripley.

I just hope the game is a reflection of this post because it has really taken off in the last couple of days and its only wed.

I'm not quite sure about the game you are inquiring about, but all teams were supposed to have at least one thursday night game this season due to a severe ref shortage.

A real head banger. The buzz is this will be a true measurement as to weather or not if Ripley has improved, although IMO the play of the first 3 games shows that but any way should be a good one and great crowds on both sides of the field.

Well you didn't believe it when I said it previously but trust me when I say that Millington will probaly win this game, but when its all over you will walk away and say that the Cougars aren't from the show me state but the showed they are a different team. By being a different team doesn't mean they will run the table, but it does mean they have made good improvements. I just wish I could be sitting next to you and hear you say it, but we'll be hosting the Trojans of Dyersburg.

GC and Ripley both play in one of the toughest districts around IMO and any win is well earned.

Back to the game, Covington had three turnovers that lead to Three touchdowns for dyersburg that led to the game being out of control. Dyersburg is a really, really, really good football team and covington has fell off since their last good run in 2006. Its going to be a process at Covington! And when you turn the ball over against a good football team they are going to captialize on it and thats exactly what Dyersburg did!!!! But again we will see how your big purple fairs when it comes time to play both of these teams. I don't have a dog in this fight I just get tired of seeing you talk @#$@ about everybody on here. It's always easy to be a coach in the stands when the pressure is not on while you standing on the sideline. GET LIFE YOU WANT BE COACH!!!!! Well if calling it I like I see it is being a hater then thats what I am, and I'm no coach by any stretch of the imagination, but I can do better than Marty Wheeler. If I haven't ran and hid behind any others loosing season I wont be doing it this year. Yes Ripley play Covington on their turf but thats not enough to help this coach. And what happens when the waterboy doesn't beat coachP? I just don't want to see you posting anything calling for his replacement which I'm sure many Covington fans will do after this season.

The flu bug is out in force, Ripley had 141 kids out this past monday alone.

I'm sure you can see why I say the passing game still need some work with the few drop passes and some bad throws, but it's still early and they have improved each week. The field did look good as they put a lil extra to it for homecoming.

Coach Wheeler, scratch that, Marty Wheeler only got that job because he was an assistant under a previous coach that had great coaching skills and the AD and the rest of the administration thought he could get it done. So much for that idea. As I stated months ago just because someone was an assistant to another coach doesn't mean they are as good that coach.

Let's pray that the players are only hurt and not injured and thanks to all the Pioneer fans for coming out. Ripley had two alumni classes celebrating reunions and dedicated a memorial to a former coach on centerfield it was a nice gesture and I was glad plenty of fans was there to see it.

That still maybe stretching it a bit.

Soon every one will realize it. He's not a coach at all. I have to disagree with you on one thing he shouldn't have stayed where he was and never left W. Tn. he was the head coach in Ripley and everyone was happy he left, and you repeated something I said months ago he can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag if it had a hole in it. I never understood and still can't understand why anyone would fire a coach that beat the coach you want to hire and beat other teams that coach couldn't beat. Covingtons AD is probaly regretting this as we report. I hate it for the players the team has talent he's just a bad coach. Coach wheeler is running the exact plays he ran while coaching at Ripley and every coach that played against him knows what his game plan is before the game start. One last thing this guy never played football himself, he was a baseball player and it shows he not to knowledgeable on football.

Visionaire I see you have strong support for Covington is this game lol.

I agree crockett has a nice one most stadiums the visitors are facing the sun, I also think DC and Dburg has nice stadiums. The time I have been to DC stadium there was no concession stand on the visitor side and its a long walk back to the otherside. If anyone from DC booster club reads this some sort of stand on the visitor side may help in the revenue dept.
