The Schools should of been combined this year. As far as the statement made about they done deserve it, I would just say there is a lot of land tax paid by people of the west end, the largest land tax payer in the county lives out there. This new school does not belong just to the citizens on Celina but to all TAX PAYERS of the county.

kelley would be the better coach, but in all fairness Allison should get the job, either could do the job and do it well. Our girls have always played with great intensity, that shows in the way they play defence most of the time. but when you go the big dance smart coaching is critical. Clay County would be ok with either. Does anyone know when a the board will (render a verdict).

Painter should get the job because she has worked her way up coach at H.S and now jr high at Celina. thats is if the board does it fair. I would like to see Coe come but she should get it only if Painter does not take it. Mac, I dont think he is really in the running.

it would be better for hs to come to the new Clay County high, and would even be better for the tax payers. They should have been here this the fist year. If we had a school board that had enough brass about them, it wold of happened the first year.

Here is an idea Mcdaniels can go down the river to Gainesboro and coach football and Coe can come up the river and Coach Girls basketball at Clay County. Sounds like a good trade to me, heck we might even give some boot.

I don't think the school board will give Mcdaniels the job over Coe if she wants it. Nor should they give it to him over Painter, she has been working her way up for the past few years. If they are going to hire from within the system it should be Painter first and then Mac, but I would love to see Coe come to Clay Co she would be a huge asset to the Girls Program. But heck this is Clay County no telling what will happen.

Are you saying that Painter or Coe are (just anybody) I think that either of them has more experience now, than when Joe started coaching. Both played high school ball and Coe even played College. Both have some coaching experience under their belt. Joe did not have any when he started and didnt even play on the high school level. Lets give either one of them a chance and I bet before 18 years pass we have a gold ball.

I would have to agree Strong should have been MVP in the district, if she had not been in the game the outcome, well lets just say, might not of been the same.

Hey cchsdawgs I am a huge CCHS fan and love our b ball. The snow may have melted a little in Watertown, but there was a HUGE BLIZZARD in the boro. Lets give credit where it is due, Snow is one heck of a basketball player and has my respect.

A out side Coach might not be a bad idea, some one who would bring some enthusiasm into the girls program. If a person was or is intrested, they bettter not waste any time because the position could be filled fast. G.B from P.C might be good for cchs.
