it was a good game. I play for CCS, and yes Baylor tore us a new one. I think it would have been a bit different if we could have practiced on our field for a few extra days cause playing up at Lenoir City's football really messed up our two touch game. Oh well, nobody deserved the win because neither team could finish, especially Baylor. Goodluck against McCallie on Thursday.

i just wish the game could be played on a full field instead of a football field....oh well

Also, what do you think about the ccs mccalie matchip later on. what will happen?

Pete Gregory plays number 4, and barely beat ccs's number 4. His record is so good only because he's at 4

Private schools don't have much of an advantage in A/AA or AAA. If the person can't pay tuiton, then they aren't allowed to play varsity soccer. They don't get any special treatment and they don't recruit players. I go to a private school and the only reason we do well is because we have a good coach, not because we get lots of extra benefits.

wow, 21 goals on 7 teams with a combined record of 7-17-3. 5 of those wins came from one team, Kingston, which handed sweetwater a 4-1 loss, so really the only 6 teams Sweetwater has scored on have a combined record of 2-16-2. Not impressed.....

Was the McCallie v Farragut scrimmage JV? It wasn't on McCallie's schedule and alex was playing keeper instead of trey. Just wondering....

Honestly, i play club with the best from Baylor and McCallie. McCallie has the better keeper in Trey but Baylor has the better midfield. The only reason McCallie could win is because of Trey. I would really appreciate it if you could not bash people for their opinions nader because that is just mean...mean i say. Falcon777 is a good judge of talent. I know him and i played with him. He knows his stuff and he isn't really an idiot...but if that is your opinion then i respect it even if it's wrong.

Lindley doesn't represent the rest of the CCS team. Don't listen to him. I apologize in advance for any comments he makes this season on the boards. There are good players everywhere, let's just settle at that. Good players don't always make the best teams. I think the most important aspect of highschool ball is team chemistry. Too early to tell who will have that this year, but how about we just wait a few weeks until the games start then we can talk all we want. Oh yea... Lindley isn't a forward either. He is left back. He just likes to think he can score a lot:)
