  1. Bush that was about as ignorant of a comment as I have read since I've been on these message boards. You wouldn't last a minute wherever you played and your probably mad cause some D2 team beat the heck outta your weak 3A team.
  2. I'm sure you would know wouldn't you Ezell. You played us once and Katherine didn't have her "boys" behind her. When the "boys" are there, she has been unstoppable. You better hang on to the fact that the umpires called darkness giving you guys a win when we were getting ready to win. That is something I do know.
  3. Katherine Harrison from Father Ryan is just unbelievable. I haven't seen a better pitcher in the state. Her fast ball has been clocked to around 60-70. Her drop ball goes right at your head and drops at your feet. She's about as untouchable as you can get.
  4. Not only do I know I could run with these so called "playas" but I know Alan Eatherly sucks so why would I waste my time playing in a game I know I would dominate.
  5. Middle TN will be in for a big surprise next year with a sophomore that will be under the radar but will definitely come through like you wouldnt believe. I'll keep ya posted on this phenom that I won't give a name.

    DIVISION 2

Father Ryan has come out of the gate slowly but their bats are starting to click and their pitching is now coming around. Ben Petsch is the #1 catcher in TN and maybe the entire southeast. He's unbelievable.
  7. Father Ryan has finally clogged the cleanup spot putting Dylan "DMoney" Lynch there. Now you have Petsch batting 3rd and Lynch at 4th means now that you can walk Bonds but still have to deal with Kent.
  8. Actually BigRed03 I always say I know more than you think. Don't worry though; the Irish will prevail as usual when we play you guys. You better bring your A game if you even want to compete.
  9. Father Ryan got back on track after their dismal showing by embarrassing McGavock, 10-0. Last time I checked, MBA lost to McGavock? Hmmm..... I guess as of right now MBA is definitely good enough to beat Centennial, but not McGavock. That means since Father Ryan beat McGavock and McGavock beat MBA and MBA beat Centennial that Father Ryan is better than Centennial. I just post the facts.
  10. Haha I love it. I don't know crap but I do know stuff. It's gonna get a whole lot more fun now that we know eachother. Keep this thing going til we play yall.
  11. Although that may be pretty accurate, I would not count Father Ryan out just yet. The upcoming 9th grade class has some potential with Joe Thompson's little brother stepping up along with Dan Langhi's cousin. Thompson's little brother is supposed to be an even better shooter than Thompson, and Langhi is 6'8 and will add muscle over time. It will be fun and interesting over the next couple years in DII.
  12. Joe Thompson was and still is overrated; should not have gotten Region Tourney MVP or All-Region. He shouldn't be ranked in the top 25 in Gomab's rankings on the basketball board. Hahaha. This is baseball not basketball. But I will agree, he's not that good.
  13. Father Ryan will not need the game of their lives to beat MBA less alone compete. As for the comments about knowin more about MBA athletics, well I've had over 10 relatives dating back to 1943 who have particpated in athletics at MBA. Say what you want, but you keep responding to my posts; therefore your thinking about me. Haha, I could care less about what you say, I'm finding it humorous that are trying to outwit and that won't happen.
  14. I rest my case; I'm already inside of all your heads. What happened in basketball with MBA/Father Ryan??? I remember Brent Carney and co. dominating. I think the results of the basketball games this year will be the result of the baseball games.... sheer domination by the Irish. And I know more about MBA's athletic program than you any of you guys put together. I own all of you.
  15. Just like your boy French, Father Ryan's staff can't get any run support. Pettus is still overrated despite what the stats say. As for the comment about riding Pettus' back to state.... well that is just laughable. Having Princeton signee Andrew Wilson behind the plate and Navy prep school signee Jack Turner didn't help at all did it? I guess Vandy Signee Warner Jones is awful too and couldn't hit the ball to save his life? That's what I thought. [Edited by GaryKnows on 3-24-03 9:11P]
  16. All of you Centennial players are just clinging onto Austin. I would too, if he was the best player in our district, on my team, and one of the best in the state. But don't go around saying your good just because Austin is carrying your team. As for BigRed03, MBA has good pitching; but cmon, Pettus is the most overrated player in the mid-state this year. He is a solid pitcher (probably a 4 or 5 in Father Ryan's rotation), but he's not that good.
  17. Who do you think should present the North and South in the TACA all-star game???
  18. "If you play Centennial, you better not expect a win on your record" that is the funniest thing I have ever read. Centennial is a one-man team in Palifka. Good thing Austin has been doing his squats, cause literally, he is going to be carrying every Centennial player on his back all season long.
  19. Joe Thompson - Father Ryan He moved to the 2 spot this year; but he is definitely still a true PG.
  20. I don't know maybe it was close and a vital error gave a team momentum to score some runs for a win?? You seem really ignorant; you should be smart cause you go to MBA, but apparently they don't teach any comprehension of details or anything. I know more than you think; and I know more about MBA than you'll ever know. I will put my money on that too. I'm already inside your head, get over it. [Edited by GaryKnows on 3-13-03 8:54P]
  21. Apparently, errors cost teams the game. From what I saw, Palivka had a very pivotal error against the Big Red, ruining his teams hopes of winning. Mistakes will cost you. D2 baseball destroying another weak D1 opponent. As for MBA killing Father Ryan, I see a very good game that could go either way. Keep your hopes up Centennial and achieve your first goal of winning two games in the regular season.
  22. Wow, it does appear you go to Centennial. That dialect I'm sure is going to get you far and why not maybe it will get you into Nashville Auto Diesel. Just out of curiousity, how many players for Centennial signed a MAJOR or if any D1 scholarship last season?? If my memory serves me correctly, none. How many did Father Ryan have... two. Ryan Mullins, Lefty pitcher signed with Vanderbilt, and Michael Clunan signed with St. Louis. Funny how that works out. Father Ryan has another D1 signee this year in Ben Petsch who is going to Belmont. The only D1 prospect Centennial has is Palifka. Go stick your nose up his butt and maybe he might call you his friend. Til then, D2 baseball is just as good as any baseball in the state. Keep talkin and who knows maybe gettin out of your district might be a very good accomplishment. Best of luck to Austin as he continues to dominate. He is the only one on Centennial I will ever give any props to.
  23. Hey don't be bitter, Austin. It's ok if your jealous of Father Ryan's talent. I just remembered that your fall ball record means nothing. You beat Father Ryan in fallball. Keep living in the past. I would hold on to something like that too if I beat Father Ryan. Although I will agree with you now about Jake Kacynzski. The kid is a waste of space and has no athletic ability whatsoever. But the rest of Father Ryan's team is pretty dang good so. But don't get jealous because they have more talent (I know its hard not to be). Keep working hard Centennial and maybe you'll make it out of your district.
  24. "Can we get respect?" Shut up and play. You don't just ask for respect and get it, you have to earn it. The way all you Giles County fans keep talking like your team is the best in the nation and that no team will beat them. Well, I'm not saying your wrong, but I'm not saying your right. Your just setting yourself up for failure. Memphis teams are good but you still have to win out of substate first and then 2 more games to get to the state championship game. Talk is cheap. Play the game.
  25. Hey Austin, don't get mad because you are denial that Father Ryan baseball is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Beating them in fall ball is great lemme tell you. I just remembered that the fallball season has no bearing on the spring season so keep the jokes coming. I have a joke for you..... Centennial baseball is good! hahahaha
