I would like to say "way to go" to the Lawrence County Lady Cats. I am very proud of your accomplishments and the way you represented LCHS. Congrats to all of the players and coaching staff. I know you worked hard. Good luck to each of the seniors and I look forward to watching the Lady Cats play next year.

Coffee is first with a 10-2 record, Lawrence Co/Tullahoma/Columbia Central tied for second. District play starts Wed. with Franklin Co playing either Shelbyville or Lincoln Co. The district meeting is monday April 30 and all games and times will be determined then.

Who are the freshmen? It is always a good feeling to have some freshmen to help fill needed positions.

A very well played game with Tullahoma putting together three hits to come away with a 1-0 win over Lawrenceburg.

The Lawrenceburg coach said we will play the rainout Friday night and when the games reach the district site we may have to play catch-up to get the games back on schedule.

A higher mound will give pitchers that have a dropball an advantage. We will have to make adjustments when playing on fields with higher mounds.
