After a carefull smack inventory, Greeneville really isn't all that guilty... and actually, there aren't as many excuses from our fans on here as I had expected. I think if it had been a blowout, we might have been more defensive. But its no use arguing over a close game that could have gone either way. We can say "if only" and "what if" but the bottom line is DB was 2 pts better when it counted. Duncan got as much as he could out of Malone. He was just a tall boy who could shoot the ball.He was big, slow, poorly conditioned and couldn't put it on the floor without hitting his toes...and he washed out after his sophomore year at UTC. Don't let this go to your head PT... it hasn't been your vast knowledge that has kept things interesting on this thread...you only think you know everything. I, on the other hand, am a veritable fountain of knowledge...a wellspring from which true enlightenment flows. But really, since I haven't physically been up to attending a lot of games this season, you guys have been quite the lifeline for me. Thanks for a great season. Your just a DI-A snob...Appy has a great program with a great tradition with a great coach(Jerry Moore is the man) ...and back to back national championships. With their great young QB, they are favorites for a 3-peat. Clemson had their only national championship in 1981...as long as Tommy Bowden is coaching, they're not likely to have another (no I don't particularly care for the man) Its a great school and Coty will do well, but to say he is lucky not to have to settle for Appalachian State? C'mon Stonewall you know thats wrong.

Officiating is what it is...discussing it doesn't change the outcome and creates controversy that cheapens the game. You are the only one complaining... not even PTSportwriter had anything negative to say and he is the premier authority on bad officiating Complaining about these ticky-tack calls takes away from a hard fought victory. Winning a blow-out proves you have talent...winning the close one proves you have guts. Lady Devils have what it takes so lets take it to SH.

I would hope since these girls are in the regional finals they would have no critics....Lady Devils all the way to the 'Boro again.
