I dont think we'll see a blow out. I think Coffee will get an early lead and than let some younger kids get some PT. It just seems logical to do that, you give some game time experience to the under classmen, save your starters and the mama's are happy afterwards too! They get to take pictures and send them to all the relatives, its a real nice affair, I'm all warm and fuzzy just thinking about it. yay! but I agree with the usual allied forces (footballfanatic) this wont be much of a game, I'm not being cocky, its one of those SemperFiBlue book smart things... in my opinion, everyone in warren county is ready to forget about this season and move on, arent they a b-ball contender anyway. They have nothing to lose, but they also having nothing to win... bragging rights dont even matter anymore! (man I sound like a jerk... oh well) much love (and I still was the first Snake to wear red and black!)

I think the raiders will be resting up for the next weeks playoff appearances... look for them to fine tune everything and then let the 2nd teams get some snaps in. But I am so excited to CHS back in the playoffs, after the 97 team did it I thought it would never happen again! congrats to you guys! heres a thought... I've made this point before but I'll do it again. What could Nunley do if he was running behind Heath, blake, bonnor, TC, and Hansert (lol) not to mention Nettels... I think the stinking kid would rush for 2,500 yds... however, I still think the 97 team was just too darn physical to compete with this years team. and I dont know who claimed Bert to be an offensive genius, but thats crazy... Elam left and Elam right isnt all that sophisticated, Breaden came up with most of our good plays that year.(like the girl-dog play, I still love that) plus the 97 team had like 23 seniors. and the defense of the 97 team was stacked... I think the only weak spot was that junior that played DT I think he wore #57. But I still got nothing but love for rukidnme. its all gravy much love

I'd like to point out that I was the "snake" long before Nunley! However, if he keeps racking in yardage like this, I'll loan it out to him for another year or so But great job coffee! Go into next week with some momentum and swager! I hear you'll need it... lets come out with pebbels and sling-shots much love

Blue, hey man, you do your thing... no more hating on my part. however, I would like to say that many of your posts were somewhat arrogant (alittle on the "know it all" side/ and since you do lack personal playing experience... well you'll always have validity issues with some of us... ) and your posts were alittle shady as far as loyalty and "school spirit" go too. But its all good! I think alot of people take pride in this program and when we get something going, I think we all want to nurture that momentum at all cost. so when a guy comes around spouting off statistics and making negative comments (which you did), I for one become alittle defensive. You see Blue, one thing about football is its a mental and a physcal game. if you have the mind set that youre unstoppable, you proably will be; however, you see things in a matter of stats... which is cool, I guess but I think you never take into account that strange things can happen on a friday night... but its all gravy, from here on out I'll stay off your back and you can take the human spirit into account on your posts. I'm going out on a limb here and I hope I am supported, but I thought football was a game of heart and want-to. sure, the bigger faster guys have an advantage, but if they aint got any heart it doesnt matter! Its real easy to speak harshly about a program when youre just an on looker. Try seeing things from inside a huddle, think about how it feels to know you should have won and didnt. I'm sure alot of the kids from CC didnt want to get up saturday morning after the WC game, but they did! and they probably got on CoachT only to see a guy with no clue smashing their efforts. thats really not cool, no wonder you were hiding your identity! On a more postive note... BigA52, man, I will always have the utmost respect for you and your family! you are class act! Good luck in t-town. You can't succeed when you are constantly losing coaches.... Thats so true and coaches will never want to stay if the community doesnt show them the support they deserve... I tip my hat to Coach Price and the amazing things I've heard about from this years team. I'm sure such a team is producing great amounts of excitment in manchester, I know that it has intrigued me to follow you guys very closely online. I dont even live in manchester anymore (I go to school in johnson city @ ETSU). BUt crap, even I want this program to do great things! and they have great potential! Chris Elam, his junior year, didnt even post the same kind of numbers as this Jake Nunley kid is doing. Think of what he'll do next year! wow, so much that one loss can do... hmmm, maybe I'll jump off the bandwaggon too! I mean heaven forbid a team has a bad night... I guess that means they'll stink it up the rest of the season. well, maybe not! I remember in 1997 that Coffee County lost to a Columbia team that they should have beat also (of course it was no where near a situation like this)... but how did we repeond? we came out and beat the tar out of lincoln county like it wasnt no body's business! so whats my point? my point is this, see what these guys do next week... my bet is that they be fired up and ready to avenge this stinking loss! I think this will also be a great chance for Coach Price to come out and show his team's character and heart. (not something associate the CC teams of recent past) but for the love all things remotely holy in coffee county, stick with em! or atleast pretend to!
