That is right. I heard 21 strikeouts against Antioch in 10 innings. They did only score one run. Deana Ayers got a hit in the first inning and Amber Steen got a triple and knocked her in. Those were the only two hits of the game. In the Hendersonville game, Amber Steen lead off the 2nd inning with a single and was left on base by the next three batters. Savannah Roberts had a hit her second at bat and Amber reached by an error and both were left on base. The only other hit of the game was by Bethany ? (don't know last name). Hers was a lead off single and she was left on base by the next three batters in the lineup. They are really going to have to start putting the ball in play to have a chance for wins. Who knows though, there is alot of potential there, and with two good pitchers, anything is possible. Maybe the next couple of weeks will be better.
