  1. BigPun19, Ever heard the old saying "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"? You've obviously lost sight of the big picture here.

  6. Waverly vs Loretto Monday, 5/12, @ 5:00 pm at Waverly. Go Lady Tigers
  7. Waverly played at Cheatham Co. tonight and won 4-2 I believe.
  8. Josiah, having a talented baseball program has absolutely nothing to do with having lights on the field. It simply takes hard work and time to create a good baseball program. It takes an enormous amount of money to light a field. Even though I am the parent of Waverly athlete, your attitude is an embarrassment to the Waverly athletic program. Let YOUR game speak for YOU. Or do you even play?
  9. this game was rescheduled for Saturday, 1/25.
  10. I'm going to assume that Donhaney's post is not the post that started this thread. If the initial one was negative, thanks for making it go away! Tigers, you have had an outstanding season and it's hard to see it end the way it did. You certainly got people's attention this year. I'm sure you're dissappointed that it's over, but it sure has been a fun ride! Good Luck to you all! Go Tigers!
  11. 8812, Waverly Tigers are more than Jessie Hayes. I don't mean to take anything away from him, he's an exceptional player and I enjoy watching him play, but that's why they call it a TEAM sport. The Tigers consist of a group of hard working, talented bunch of guys and I believe they have the determination and talent to keep winning! They wouldn't be where they are without the efforts of everyone on that team. Judging from your comment about Jessie's injury and why you believe it occured, I'm not convinced that you didn't enjoy spreading that bit of unfortunate news To put blame on anyone is uncalled for. Good Luck Waverly Tigers and Get Better Fast Jessie [Edited by ladytigerfan on 11-8-02 1:13A]

  16. For all you coaches and others who keep complaining about the fans and the parents and how hard they make your job, don't forget that when they quit showing up, the school no longer needs you on the payroll.
