  1. Good luck to Barlett. However, have you ever seen Rob pitch when the game is on the line??? He's not quite as competitive as Craig Cobb, but he's close. This team knows what to do when it's put in this situation cause it's been there so many times. I think when it comes right down to it in the late innings, Coach Pharr and the Admirals will come through. Go Ads!
  2. Well the first five guys for Farragut have gone deep some this year. Their 2,3, and 4 go a lot. I think it will be a great game with catapano on the mound. Farragut seems to shine at this point of the year...when it counts. Baseball's a crazy game and anything can happen. Good luck to DB and good job this year.
  3. I appreciate that rebelguy21.
  4. any news on the farragut sd game???
  5. Any thoughts about this outcome?
  6. Farragut's first pitcher they threw against halls was a freshmen with not a lot of experience. Coach Pharr took gamble and he won. His goal was to throw somebody he could get away with, get the lead, and then bring in delmonico, and it worked.
  7. I would agree that it would be amazing to see halls beat farragut. Amazing. However, Farragut 8 Halls 2. Farragut State Champs 2 years in a row. 94-3 over the past two years. Wow that would be amazing. Bro, you're my boy. If you get a chance, turn a DP to end it for me.
  8. farragut in the past has hit the good pitching better, especially the guys that just get up there and sling it for the most part

    Farragut

jdmtpb, only time will tell who is the better team in the state, farragut has yet to lose a district game while riverdale has lost to blackman(without Price), and houston has lost to jackson northside who doesn't have that good of a record. who knows though. it's just about getting ready for the end of the season. good luck.
  11. What happend in this game? Who pitched for both teams? How? HaHa
  12. Ljack10, you're right, matt scott wasn't god. Farragut hit him pretty hard in the state tournament. it's too bad they made all the errors though, they had the offense.
  13. I agree with 12 on Page 2, but good luck anyways lavergne.
  14. hey soupkitchen, I'm on your side, but you better get your facts straight, there were seven named all-district last year and only one of them was a senior so there are six now. Farragut will have a good year.
  15. Farragut High School's field has been voged best field in the state for the past couple of years. The infield and outfield are both carpets of grass, and there is a metal green wall all the way around the field like fenway. Someone posted oakland, and lebenon and I used to live in murfreesboro, so trust me, those fields just aren't like farragut's. If I had to pick though I would say lebenon's field is better than oaklands.
  16. amir watkins from blackman in murfreesboro.
  17. you might just say farragut is lucky cause they have picked up some good players that have just moved to the area. brad isom moved from south carolina this year. the dh moved here three years ago from oakland, and I've heard that a great mcallie pitcher is moving over here as well. another reason I know recruiting isn't going on is because coach pharr is one of the most honest people that I have ever met in my life. so he wouldn't do anything dishonest. he's a good christian man that most everyone respects.
  18. Everyone is coming back for farragut next year except for two pitchers and a senior 2nd baseman. So all of the offense is back and an upcoming junior philip sharrard will step up give farragut that third or fouth starter in the rotation. Jimmy Kelly should also step up into the rotation. Look for Steven Hahn to be in relief. Look for farragut in the 2003 state tournament for sure.
