I was raised and lived several years in Oneida and still have family there. I am very familiar with where Morgan County is. This is so very sad for that entire community. My understanding is Scott County had very little damage hope that is true.

It was in the paper this morning Buggs did commit to Vandy.

Goodpasture won 32-6 Buggs was unstoppable!

Goodpasture wins 20-16. Does anyone know what happened at end of game to upset Goodpasture's Buggs? He did not go through the line and shake hands he also said something to CPA coach

You are exactly right. This also should be a dead issue! These girls chose to quit!! If they really wanted to play they would have!! As they become adults they will certainly meet people in the work place that are much tougher than the coach is! They need to let this drop and enjoy their Senior year it will go by quickly!!!

The defense is the real deal! one of the fastest I have ever seen at Goodpasture. Offense has a new quarterback who needs to get more confidence! Looked scared and confused lots of the game. The loss of leadership and experience from last years team showed. Buggs is probably the best to ever play for Goodpasture. Goodpasture needs to cutdown on mistakes before the Mustangs come calling!

People need to realize that last year Goodpasture lost an outstanding player in Ryan Duncan who was injured during the football season. Also lost Josh Craighead who was a senior he had problems with coaches. These 2 would have made a huge diffence in the boys program. The gym was only half full for either boys or girls last year. Very few students supported either team. Football dominates at Goodpasture.

I am sure the Goodpasture players and coahes appreciate hearing something nice. Goopasture returns a very good senior post player, 2 juniors one of which started every game last year the other one also started some and a sophmore post who also started some varisty games. Their jv team was impressive last year and not afraid to shoot the ball. So yes everyone can be replaced. Just because you are a senior does not guarantee a starting spot at any sport. You have to be willing to work hard

my understanding is that only one of the four started on a regular basis the others came in off the bench. they choose to quit on their on apparently were being pushed for playing time by a talented sophmore class. [Edited by msh01 on 8-25-02 6:04P]
