  1. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United Tates of America.
  2. A divided football team is worse than unrealistic expectations. I hope its just the posters from DC that are divided and not the football team. It will take a quick turnaround to TCOB against LA.
  3. Faster and more athletic on the edge than last year. #24 is as good of a freshman linebacker you'll see in these parts. If #28 is good to go, the middle should be sured up with a solid effort up front.
  4. There is potential for another wide margin imo. JohnnyRay has me thinking that might not be the case. You going to watch LA blowout DC or get a peek of SC for the first time this year in what you think will be a close game?
  5. #20 would have to be at 110% to play this Friday I'd say. Hope we see him.
  6. #28's return looks promising this week.
  7. Right now, Smith County is just happy he is going to be ok. Football is secondary.
  8. He was kept overnight for observation but I'm pretty sure he's coming home today.
  9. First district challenge for both teams. The winner will keep pace with LA for the top spot. I agree with you that when teams are scoring quick it makes the uptempo seem too much to handle.
  10. Trapp is going to throw it around the yard with any avg QB. DC fans know that. Give him one of the best young arms in the state and it is going to be worse. LA rolls.
  11. I like that prediction. He said the same thing last week for SC. 32 points is a wide margin and it could have been bigger very easily.
  12. Originally FB, might be Guard with our patch n go line.
  13. SC, as I thought, has some talent that has emerged this offseason. Looking forward to getting district play started.
  14. #28 is yet to play a snap for SC this year. If/when he is back to full speed next week, SC's D will get better. #24 had a great night at LB, good looking freshman. Croz, his foresight was #20 being the difference by a slight margin. Regardless, when #5 and #27 went out for the Tigers, hope was lost. Those two are really good players.
  15. Your hindsight is 20/20. Your foresight...eehhh not so much.
