Maybe this team should stop listening to there mom's and dad's in the stands and play ball. They got hammered tonight 13-2 by Loretto. Maybe it's time for some changes!!

The Lady Panthers should have a suprising season this year. A great pitcher and catcher backed by some other talented ladies. I also agree with brandy that the coaching change will not hurt them. The guys that took over seem to have things in prospective. Good Luck Ladies!!

stepbackandburythethree...... You must have your facts a little confused. You stated " I mean they did well but it's not like they won or anything " . The Lady Raiders advanced farther than any other middle school girls team from LC , and yes they got beat by Cheatham but you failed to mention it was in the STATE SEMI-FINAL game. I'd consider that a great year. And the Raiders did get beat by Cheatham Co. but once again you failed to mention that they got beat in the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP game , and finished with a 22-3 record. I think that would be considered winning in anyones eyes. Now for Mr. Honesty.....some of these names must be a joke. I mean come on .... Craig, Duncan, Mullininks, Fite, Wills. Keep us updated though,lol. And support the Lady Panthers and Panthers in our district tournament.

I love watching the guys on the HGA play. They look like they have so much fun.

Does anyone from Perry County actually think they could beat, or even play with Lewis County?

Josh was the red headed guy that played mostly post but had a very good outside shot also. I would not describe him as "obnoxious" but his style of play was very differnt and unique. He had the ability to mentally disrupt opponents offensive game and still put up over 1300 pts in his career. The gym was packed most all nights to see his style of play and the hometown fans loved him. This might not be the guy though ViQueen, because his Soph. and Jr. year teams had records of 23-6 and 21-8, and you said his teams weren't that good. Hope I helped you out.

Actually the Lady Panthers are only 11-17 this season. They have losing steaks of 5 and 4 throughout the season. Someone has to step up and get the girls to care if they win or not. A loss tonight and we'll hear wait till next year again. Let's go Ladies.

I cannot believe someone with such a tacky and classless username has been allowed to post such negative comments on a very interesting and polite thread. Please Coacht, or any other moderator delete his pointless attack on the Legends. I love hearing about our coaches and teachers playing the game of basketball. That negative post just shows how little respect some people have for elders and the game. Keep on Legends!!

If I had the good marks to give then I would give them to everyone on this thread that has critized us. It all seems to be true. We lose on the floor and then it's over. I've been playing all my life and this team has no love at all for the game. I believe we are worried about what we look like and who we impress instead of getting the job done. This isn't an insult ladies, it's a challange. Let's quit worrying about our after basketball activites and concentrate on the game we all once loved. Go Lady Panthers.

The middle school boys have a great team this year. They play very hard with heart and pride. They have three excellent coaches and I believe that they could win the tournament. The Lady Raiders also have a strong team, and could win the tournament. Go Raiders and Lady Panthers.

What's all this about our great coach leaving. He would never leave Lewis County for a place like Mt.Pleasant. Well good luck guys tomorrow night against Loretto.

First off great job Erin, we are all proud of you! Next I was at the concession stand when that guy went after our SRO's, They could have took him easy but instead did the smart thing. My mom even got yelled at when she went to the concession stand. I can't wait till we play them in basketball so we can get revenge, on the court that is. Great job Panthers and SRO's , we love ya!!

That list is okay panthergal but you left off Tim Watson. He's the hottest guy that plays at the ballpark. Also I would rank Coach Lawson ahead of Foxy Coxy, he's a hottie! Good practice today girls, go Lady Panthers.

Alot of questions have been asked about the mighty Panthers but no one has jumped in to answer. Why is everyone avoiding the subject?? The questions at hand....Why does David Sharp not play on the Defensive side of the ball?? Why does David Sharp not play RB instead of quaterback when everyone knows we are a running team and he is without a doubt the strongest and fastest?? Can't 2nd string QB Erin Hinson(who has lot's of talent) be used to hand the ball off and on occasion throw the ball?? Let's not make this thread a negative one, These are just some questions I would like to have answered in a professional manner. I mean no offense to any players and I'm not trying to coach, just trying to make the team better and hopefully help all the Panthers fan understand why there "superstar" is being held back(or so it seems). I love all you guys, good luck against the yellowjackets I'll be cheering you on.

Wake up, no it's not a dream. Lewis County was defeated by Parsons 21-16. The score of the game made the Panthers look good to compared how they actually played.Lewis County was dominated tonight. And like many others I'm waiting for the "excuses" to roll in!! How about it Panther26?? Aren't you the one that predicted LC to win easily?? Maybe you should concentrate on handing out water and not predicting scores. I believe that this should be a wake up for our guys since they have been extremly cocky at school. Sorry Moore Co. boys but Lewis Co. will run away with this one. Not only do we have the best quaterback in AA but in all classifications. He will be stopped by no one this year!
