your crazy...they have to go through Westmoreland first!

I am a senior at Westmoreland. I play basketball, football, and baseball. I used to like getting on coacht and talking about the game and making predictions and seeing what everyone else had to say, but it is getting way out of hand. When you get on here and plan a fight or want to meet someone thats when it is wrong. I disagree with what happened at Macon as far as pushing Patrick. Everyone has made that clear that it was wrong. I wouldnt have been mad at all if that wouldnt have happened. I am not mad anymore. York got what he deserved and he wont be at another one of our games this year. As far as taunting our team I could care less. It makes for a fun atmosphere to play in. I couldnt hit a thing that night so it wasnt too fun for me though. I know some people from macon dont like me and thats their choice but lets try to at least keep the threats to a minimum. This is getting way out of hand and is pretty rediculous. We got grown men and teenagers fighting. That is not what coacht is about. From now own EVERYONE (even my friends from Westmoreland) please try not to be so... offended i guess is the word by every little thing on here. Nobody is going to do anything on the 13th in Westmoreland I will tell you that cause Mr. Oldham wont let that happen. So dont come looking for a fight... to my boys from Westmoreland, you know i love this but it is getting rediculous making it so personal. Thank you for your time.

Yelling is one thing, but pushing a kid with a torn ACL is another. York pushed Coach Duffer's son before the game even started. That is why he went over there. I don't know why York is talking anyway. If I am not mistaken, York quit in the second half of his last footballl game, and then he quit the basketball team. That says alot for him. Then if that wasn't enough, after the game York pushed Custer and thats why he got thrown out. Bring all the excitement you want on the 13th. We will be ready for every bit of it. Macon is better than their record shows. Harris is a good player, Kirts is gonna be awesome, and Prock hit some big shots. I gurantee the game will be a different story in Westmoreland. I think in '02 Macon beat us in the first match in Macon by 1 and when it came to Westmoreland we beat them by 30. We will see what happens. I do think the Macon administration let it get out of hand last night. Players and fans out of control, but it's ok. I do think it's ridiculous that you have to get personal but when you are dealing with the "Class Act " of Macon county I guess thats what you get.

Muffin is over 40? I would have never guessed he doesn't have a life. Considering he has over 2,000 posts, half of them not even worth reading...Isn't he from Macon Co.? Man that is so shocking.

Custer had 24 pts tonight. I think he had 6 threes. Does anyone know how the sc - east game turned out? I watched the first half and both teams looked quick and got after you on defense. Tough challenge either way but we are looking forward to it.

Where did BigB go?? I haven't heard much from him since the loss. Good season Macon, but I still can't believe yall made it that far. Is Kitrell Smith going to kick anywhere? I am sure he is getting some attention after the 2 game winners. What about Law and Clemons? I think Hudson was the workhorse this year. He is a great running back and I would have loved to have him on my team. Good season and i hope to hear more trash talkin from the maconites on the basketball board!!

I hope Lipscomb blows GP out of the water. They are both in our region, but I have so much more respect for Lipscomb than Goodpasture for more reasons than one. Did Lipscomb scrimmage Lewis County before season started? If so let me know how that turned out. Lipscomb - 24 Cowpasture - 10

westmoreland and springfield ended in a tie

I think Denise Melvin from Macon Co. should get a trainer of the year award. Denise hasnt missed but a couple of days due to sicknesses in her family. She has been at every practice, scrimmage, and game. I had surgery this year, and she has been with me every step of the way. From therapy to dr appointments, shes been there. Shes not just doing her job, shes a friend who you can talk to, and a wonderful person. I dont know where the Macon county sports programs would be wihtout her!! THANKS DENISE!!

RBS and Hartsville are the others. I'm not sure but there might be one more but I can't remember. Who do you think will come away with this tournament?

College Heights and Silverdale Baptist aren't two teams I would be bragging about beating by 50. I didn't even know those schools had a basketball team. When you beat someone in your district by 50 then you can brag. Give me a break. [Edited by simplysweetness on 12-2-02 11:05A]

Macon Co. looked VERY flat against Portland, and if you can't get fired up for P-town then your screwed against Cannon Co.
