Unaka is a very good team for being only single A. They will make a run at state.

Come on now, I am not a jerk. I am just confident that my football team would be your football team. Lets see, we did beat you three years in a row. One year we beat your varsity with our JV. And there is a huge difference between single A football and Div 2. So you guys should not have said anything about football to begin with.

6 pts 6 boards 1 block. Not much, we shot the ball very well from the outside. Tre got a dunk, it was nice. We played very well. We were out to prove ourselves after the loss on Saturday. So we put them away early and didn't let up.

Agreed. Both are totally different in the way they play. Also, Tony gets the box and one a lot, so there for he usually has a man in his face when he shoots or the ball is passed to Brett, who is also a very good three point shooter.

Everyone hates Tony until you meet him. I used to hate him before he came to Catholic. It is actually pretty funny, we have film of us in each others faces our sophmore year. And now we are on the same team and very close friends. About scholarships, I will say is he has a few offers, but he is still uncdecided. He didn't try and start a fight after the game. I was with him, but I don't want to get into all of that. Tony is a great player when he is smart about things. He is a good leader, and knows how to get his team ready for a game. He is a very good kid once you know him, it is a shame people hate him simply because of basketball. But if any of you care, we beat Sequoya by 41 tonight. Brett and Tony both had points in the teens and as a team we had over 25 assists. Unaka will be tough tomorrow and so will the game Friday with Webb. And we all know that Tony will get a bunch of crap on both nights. But honestly, we could care less because the more you say, the better he plays.

About the Powell game. Tony shot a three, missed it, and was elbowed in the gut. Clean, no, but it is part of the game. He lost his breath, and went to the foul line, but since the trainier looked at him, he couldn't shoot his three foul shouts. This was at the end of the game after we were up by 20. But oh well. How is Powell doing this year?

I was number 44. I do not remember anyone leaving the game? Did that happen in our game?

Baylor is a tough team. As a team, we did not shoot the ball to good in the second half. But that is how it goes sometimes. We will have a tough game tomorrow and Tuesday. So hopefully we swallow this loss like everyone else and move on.

Its alright man, I could see why you thought it was intentional with the score being what it was and all and the way he fell. But I can assure you I had no inentions of knocking anyone down.

Monday and Tuesday will be very tough for us. Unaka just game off a big win over McCallie and Sequoya is a team that has some good talent. Good teams will swallow a loss like every other team does and move on. It is just part of the game. Does anyone know how the tie breaker will work if Baylor and us win out the rest of region games we have remaining?

The fans weren't that bad in my opinion. On either side. Everywhere we go Tony gets made fun of and yelled it, so in all honesty, we just ignore it. No one undercut Jonathan Adams. I can think of a play that I was invovled in that I could see you think it was undercut, but I promise you if you go back and watch it, you can see that I was knocked down (clean play) and my legs were simply whipped around, causing me to take out Johnathan's legs. Baylor played a great game and we didn't. Thats the bottom line. But both teams are the best in the east by far. If the teams match up in the tourney, it will be a very good game.

Last night was rough. In the first it was close. But in the second, we were ice cold, and didn't play our best defense. They hit some big shots, and we didn't. I am not trying to take away anything from Baylor because they are a very,very good team. They started out slow, but trust me, they are a very good team and are one of the top 10 teams in the Knoxville/Chattanooga area.

Hey gomab, I am not mad or anything because your polls are just for fun and all, but in Div2, you have Catholic ranked 4 because of a weak schedule. But when, you compare the schedules of Knox Catholic to Bishop Byrne and BGA. Knox Catholics schedule is ranked higher in difficulty than BGA and Bishop Byrne. But again, I respect your rankings and your opinion, I was just wondering. Thanks.

Baylor will be very tough in the end. They are a strong team. Next year, BA and Baylor will be the teams to beat. They both lose no one. Top Teams from each region....Baylor and Catholic.....BGA, BA, Father Ryan?.....Bishop Byrne, Briarcrest, and ????
