  1. Can anyone tell me who won this one?
  2. I believe big john is averaging about 18 or 19 a game for Portland.
  3. Can anyone tell me who won this game Friday night?
  4. What are some thoughts on this matchup? Should be an exciting game.
  5. What are some thoughts and predictions on this game?
  6. What are some thoughts on this contest tomorrow night at Gallatin?
  7. Does anyone have a final score on this game?
  8. Gomab can you please tell me how John Ferguson of Portland is nowhere to be found on your list? He has been varsity starter his entire high school career. As a junior he averaged about 18 points 9 boards and 2 blocks, while shooting 72% from the field. How can a player as fundamentally sound and consistent as they come not be anywhere on this list? Not even an honorable mention.
  9. Someone posted, A couple of months back, that demarco was going to Vol State. The preview on Vol State in the local paper said nothing about him. Can someone tell me if he is still there?
  10. Just so you know Brewer took Portland to the region last year and was the district tourney MVP.
  11. Who's going to come out on top in 8-AA?
  12. Who are some of the more polished post players in the state?
  13. Corey Brewer is the player that i have seen that has the most potential. Once he gains the necessary strength and weight for his height his potential is enormous.
  14. [Edited by oldschool74 on 9-27-02 2:58P] Coach Lebo has a recruit coming in by the name of Jason Rogan, who was a juco all american from Northwest Missippi. Jason played high school ball at Portland and is the older brother of current Portland star Corey Brewer. Look for Jason to be a big time plyaer this year. [Edited by oldschool74 on 9-27-02 3:03P]
  15. Who are some of the players that will have a big impact next year, that nobody is talking about? One I know of is John Ferguson from Portland. He is a 6'7" post player who averaged 17 pts 8 boards and shot around 72% from the field last season as a junior. He will be a four year starter for the panthers and is about as consistent as they come.
  16. portland's John Ferguson and Corey Brewer
