I think everyone knows why they weren't giving out ticket stubs..Just hope we get our part.. As far as the policeman not letting people out, I agree. I know one person who went out anyway and got his father a coat, and the policeman watched him and they still made him pay again.

I say it's better to wait and have all those discussions after this year is all said and done. I'm just going to sit and smile.

Ok, I apologize for my part in the "bad blood" between you and HHS. I am willing to let the past be the past and have a new beginning. After all, this is only football. Let me just say this, then we can move on. I'm sure you realize the tradition at HHS and the lifetime we waited to win the state championship. When you repeatedly came on here and kept telling everyone that the only reason Huntingdon won was because Milan had a bad game, and repeatedly keep saying that Milan was better than Huntingdon, then you shouldn't expect to get much respect from us. "WE" need to get past last year and let it be. A quick story.....years ago I used to hate a certain college basketball team with a passion. I lost countless cups of coffee betting against them. They went on to win about 10 straight national championships. I had a miserable 10 years. But, guess what? A few years after that I begin to like them. Age made me realize that I was pretty stupid to be so passionately "against" something. I realized how great a program this school had and how remarkable an accomplishment they had achieved. Surely you don't want this to happen to you. Now, you don't have to do this for me, because as far as I'm concerned we're done, but I bet if you apologize to all these other Huntingdon people, that they would be willing to back off as well. Finally, as strange as it may seem to you, you and I do have something in common. ( I can tell by your posts concerning a certain private school that will be in Milan's and/or Huntingdon's region next year.) What'cha say?

Milan has defeated Westview twice this year.

As for Westtn2004state, he wouldn't know a football if it hit him in the mouth. I talked to his mom the other night at Wal-Mart in Milan and she was so proud of him because he made the All-State squad as a clairinet player. She said he made honorable mention last year,and he made the West Tn., allstate team in 2004. That's why he uses the WestTn2004State as his nickname! biggrin.gif He needs to learn how to keep in step when marching because he knows nothing about football, much less how a football field drains. Look for his picture in the next weeks edition of the Milan Mirror.... Man ! and I thought I was rough on him.

ok, guess I owe a clarification on my original post. I thought it was obvious that I was speaking to one person and one person only. It was directed and intended for this one person only. Meant to be a "One-on-One", that's all. Anyone who interpreted it as anything else, is mistaken. However I do realize, that since it was posted on a public forum, that anyone has the right to read it and comment on it. I have no problem with that. The "problem" I have with this one person is, that for the last two years, he has constantly made derogatory posts about the Huntingdon team, and most importantly about particular players. I'm sure that most of you realize that a big majority of the so-called "controversial" posters on coachT, are just fantasy characters made up by someone that has created a different log-in account. They have no malicious intent or purpose. Unfortunately, in this person's case, that is not true. Anyone who has kept up with this board and especially Huntingdon sports will know that what I'm saying is true. He has a genuine problem facing reality that his team was beaten by a better team last year. I am afraid that this is a serious, unhealthy situation for this young man. He is having a very difficult time coping with this one loss in his life. Now, for the rest of you who dislike Huntingdon, feel free to "rip 'em apart". After all, they did lose a football game last night. (albeit rather meaningless in the whole scheme of things, football included). All I would ask is that you "talk bad about them" as a TEAM, not as individuals. Who knows, some of you may have the privelege of having sons or daughters, that play sports, some day. They might even be fortunate enough to win a State Championship, and I can't even begin to tell you how proud that will make you. But even if they don't, I promise you, you will not enjoy seeing their name mentioned on a message board, being "run down" by someone from another school or town, who has no clue as to the character of your child.
