yea nashville christian beat us but we also beat our selves.(dropping flyballs, missing sunday hops, making bad throws ect.) and nashville took advantage of that. they have got good bats and score alot of runs! as for jo byrns,...i dont think they have alot this year! we beat them pretty bad and they pitched like 4 different pitchers. so,...there pitching isnt very strong and they dont hit very well. but you never know, they could have been having a bad day! my prediction for ER! well heres the info i know bro! nashville christian- 1-5 record with no district wins yet! tough schedule! they play houston county today for the first district game! they have got to come ready to play to win this one. jo byrns- 3-3 with a district win! dont really know much about them this year. prolly the same as last year! so they will be decent. white house heritage- 1-5 with 2 district losses! not very strong at all! very young. east robertson- 2-6 with 2-1 district but hasnt played anyone yet! they lost abunch last year! i think they will be in trouble this year! clarksville academy- not to sure of the record! i know that they beat mcewen and east robertson! so better than last year! but not good enough to do anything in district this year! davidson academy- 5-3 i dont think that they have played any distict games yet! TOUGH TEAM! well coached and good players! you can always expect them to go to region this year and then state! mcewen- dont really know to much about them! i know they still have tidwell! they will be tough with him pitching and thats about it! houston county- 5-3-1 play their first district game today against nashville christian! very good bats! scores alot of points and has great defence! if they can stay away from errors this year you can expect them to be in district championship this year with davidson academy! pitching will be the question! have good pitchers but only at certain times! this was a long game that ended 14-14 in the bottom of the 8th because of injury! it lasted 3 hours and 40 minutes!!!!! the rain was horrible! not a good day for baseball. but a well fought game for both teams and great efforts! in my opinion, if it would have been a clear nice day, i think that the irish would have came out on top big. they swung the bats better but made more errors! good job for both teams! the irish play waverly today if the field is ready to go! 1-2-3----KA!

appreciated! just to start off! and it look as if they are going to be pretty good, they are alittle young, only having 4 seniors! they played in a wood bat tourny last week and played henry county and lost 3-0 and played stewart county and camden and won both of those (dont know the scores). they also had a jamboree and played montgomery central and sycamore, central beat em, then they beat sycamore. so all in all, i think they will be ok! these games havent been for sure starts for players. the coach is still looking for people in right spots. but as of today, they play creekwood! and it looks like the irish have found the starting 9! and are going to be a tough team.

is ER anything like last years team? if you ask me, i think Houston county is out to seek some revenge on ER this year!

they are getting brian skelton back! and they have picked up some new players for this year. both seniors casey roby #43 and trey mitchell #10! these boys are goin to be good this year. i expect good things from these 3 seniors! this is a whole new ball team!
