I agree with panthergal Lewis County is a real good team with a lot of talent. I would like to see this group of girls under Lobelville Lady Hornets coach Eric Lomax,not taking anything away from Lewis County coaches. Coach Lomax's record at Lobelville 71-12 the last four years with TWO TNT STATE RUNNER UP TITLES AND ONE TNT STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. They are 13-3 this year ranked 1 in their district.

Goldenboy the refs did help decide the outcome of this game. But,Lewis County,you do not take a shot with 1min 30 seconds left in a tie game,you take a shot with no time left, get the win or ot. Worked for Loretto.

The Lobelville Lady Hornets are a good team again this year 12-3 with the three loses being to larger schools.

I saw the Loretto,Collinwood game. Collinwood had the game won and let it get away. Loretto made a shot at the horn to win. Lewis County should win this game if they stay out of foul trouble. Lewis County's inside game will be to much for Loretto. Lewis County is biger,stronger and faster than Loretto.

Lewis County should be one of the better teams in the district. All the starters are back from last year. Nicole will be a big factor this year when she starts using the glass on her shots. THE GLASS WILL BE YOUR FRIND. The scrimmage I saw them play,they had some trouble getting the ball down the court but Helton will take care ot that.

Coach Bradley, if Timbob is not vikingte then you do owe him an apology. Any coach that would get on here an bash a player or former player shows a lack of class. If Rice is the man I think he is, he should call you in on the carpet for this.

I would like to wish the Lady Hornets good luck this Saturday at the TNT STATE TOURNAMENT. You've had a good year,play hard Saturday. For the 8th grade Lady Hornets your record for the past three years 58-8 thats good at any level. You have two district runner-ups one drstrict championship,one state runner-up and one state championship. So this Saturday lets make it two STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. GO HORNETS.

I hope Perry County goes all the way, but you did not look very good when you played AA Lewis County. I think Lewis County did a better job coaching.

Yes, this makes three years the Lady Hornets have been in the championship game. Last weeks game was like a scene out of Hoosiers. Five of the six startes were sick all week with the flu. The point guard was so sick she did even dress for the game. At halftime when the team went into the locker room Becca had come out of the stands put her uniform on, she said Mr.Eric I think I can play,that takes heart. Mr. Eric has instilled into his players they can beat anyone if each player does their job. The Lady Hornets were down by three with less than 40 seconds to go. Kazeray stills the ball goes in for a lay-up makes the shot and gets fouled,now down by one timeout was called Mr. Eric tells his team when Kaz makes the free throw and she will,the game now tied. Mr. Eric calls timeout tells his team to pressure the ball but do not foul. The Lady Hornets set-up a sideline trap. Clarksburg loses the ball,Kaz gets the ball gets fouled makes the front end of a one and one now up by one Lady Hornets gets the rebound on the second shot. Game over.

I would like to congradulate the Lady Hornets on their win. They will play in the championship game saturday.

Sparkman is better than last year,needs some work. Jeff will get better as the year goes along. He needs some help on his footwork.

Lobelville Lady Hornets has to be a Team for consideration. This year 10-1, last three years 51-4. THT State Runner-Up in 2001. TNT STATE CHAMPS IN 2002. Allie Robbins a solid post, could be the best. Kazeray Dabbs and Becca Leggan to of the best guards I have seen for 7 graders and then you have Brianna Yarbro defense is the game, she has game. You could say she is the Dennis Rodman of middle school.
