I would like to congradulate Maryville beating my Rhea County Golden Eagles. I hope you guys win the state title (again). I hope RCHS and Maryville face each other in the regular season next year and I hope it would be at Evensville, TN. Good luck you guys. To all RCHS players and coaches, great job this season and good luck during the off-season.

Let me apoliagize to all Maryville fans. I am sick and tired of Rhea County losing to Maryville. I give you guys a lot of respect for being a great program since Hammontree was D-Cordinator and Head Coach. I couldn't believe that you guys played over 60 players and had close to 30 with at least 10 tacklers. Good luck to both Maryville and Rhea County. GOOOOOOOO Eagles.

All you Maryville fans talk about is how great you guys are and how bad Rhea County is, but let me remind you guys this, in the 1980's you guys were terrible. If it wasn't for Coach Hammontree, you guys would not have won a state championship. I belive that we (Rhea County) will win by 2 TDs.
