They all besides MPG started high school at Coalfield so there is no "recruiting". Being a young good athlete you want to go to school based on how good they are and when will you see playing time. Who wants to go to Wartburg every year and "try" to win a county championship against schools not even half their size when you could go to coalfield and compete for region champs year in and year out. I've never known of a AC kid transfering to Coalfield thats got any playing time in football. Stinnett helped coach a little bit down at Clinton but he moved to Coalfield with his son Aaron Stinnett to play here and that was along time ago so I dont think he knew anyone or recruiting anyone thats plays for Coalfield from Clinton. Reason MPG moved to Coalfield was thinking about his future, be a huge fish in little pond with no college football in his future or be one of the big fish in little pond with college football in his future. BTW the guy saying OS recruits is FROM CLINTON not Coalfield.

WoooHoo tell you what you guys was right about Seth George for MVP. He can fake being hurt better then anyone, I watched him come off the field time after time walking around and has about 0 heart for the game of football. All those 50lbs that he lost figured he would be in better shape. With Wartburg losing their whole o-line thats started last 3 years, it doesnt look good next year for them. BD had a very good game, kinda reminded of myself 1 year ago at Wartburg HATS off to the defense and stoping the run, that was the best effect I've seen from alot of boys in along time just keep it going 13 more games. I bet Wartburgs QB doesnt want to get out of bed from that hit ole #34 put on him last night. Keep the hustle up guys and great things will happen. Well I found out today that I will be able to meet it to this game after we get done running I'm doing about 100mph to get there on time. Well Well Well, Wartburg couldnt even beat another 1A team from Coalfields region. Put Coalfield in Wartburgs region and Coalfield makes the play-offs, put Wartburg in Coalfields region and Wartburg still doesnt make the play-offs. I want to see the Wartburg-CAK game more then anything cause you will be ouch coached and see these 4-8 yard passes all night long thats unstoppable. Wartburgs line this whole past 2 seasons has talked nothing but dominating everyones line. They are good, but not as good as they think they are. Wartburg doesnt have skill position leaders from what I think. Seth now that he has lost all the weight its not easy to lower the head and run over people anymore is it? Anyways this game will be Coalfield 34, Wartburg 13. Everyone on these two teams that plans on playing college football..... just let me give you a heads up. First 2 days of camp we had 15 people quit and still are having 1-3 people quit each day. Its not fun waking up at 6:30 every morning and having no free time until about 10:30pm. Here let me give you my schedule for just 1 day up here. Wake up 6:30am Be at breakfast by 6:55am ---they check and make sure your there too. Practice starts at 8:30am and you have to be there on the field by 8:20 full pads Practice over at 11-11:30am Take showers after practice and go to lunch at 12pm 1pm-2:30pm housing meeting for college ---different things during this time 2:30pm position meetings learning plays until time for practice 4pm-6pm practice starts have to be on field by 3:50 full pads 6:30pm dinner 7:30pm-9pm another position meeting learning plays 9pm-10,10:30 team meeting lights out in dorms at 11pm your so tired you have to sleep and you have 0 I mean 0 free time College football is crazy with the speed changes, sizes, strength of guys. There is no more catching 0-10 yard pass and running it 70yards for a TD. Anyways goodluck to everyone on the next level and God Bless.

Lets see here, BD weighs 180~lbs kyle weighs 300~lbs. BD benches 340, kyle 420. Lets take away BDs weight from his bench, 160lbs left. Lets take away Kyles weight from his bench, 120lbs. There for I see BD being 40lbs stronger then him. Pound for Pound duuuhhhhh. OK about recruiting... look at this. Colleges they recruit and most of the time if you get offered to go to USC considering how good they are, you would go. You wouldnt stay at lets say roane state and they had a football team and stunk really bad if you could go and play on a winning team. No one knew BD was coming to here. Last I seemed to look I think you guys had 2 kids from Coalfield go to WARTBURG and you know what? THEY LIVE ABOUT 3 MILES FROM COALFIELD SCHOOL STILL TO THIS DAY. Seems 1 of them got a full ride to play baseball this past year. The other one was a very good lineman a few years back.

Yes, I am looking forward for Cumberland and I just got the NAIA preview and we are ranked 10th in the nation and should be in a national championship fight. Depending on how well I like the school this year I will make up my mind if I will transfer and when. Most likely if I transfer it will be to UK,MTSU,UT, or USC/Miami.... haha just kiding about the last two. I hope I get to make it to the game, but I dont know much about how that works. Well I'm off to work out now, btw hats off to Johnny Hill. Talk to anyone from Coalfield and they will tell you I gave him a hard time about being my QB, it was a big change for me coming from Ricky to him. He has impressed me this summer by working as hard as he has. He threw me some routes other day and his arm strength has greatly improved and he will be 1 year more mature. Man oh man does Wartburg just complain all the time or what? Saying they would make it 2-3 round play-offs every year. My goodness your 2A if they put you in 1A you should win the state every year. For one last year in our region you wouldnt have made the play-offs, 2nd I think you guys made they play-offs in 2A and I *think* we beat you guys worse then sweetwater and I know we did worse then rockwood. You have like 3x the # of students then coalfield, therefore lets say for everyone 1 chris coker you should have 3. For everyone 1 Jonny Hill you should have 3. Which more competion should make you work harder for your position and should make you ever better. I think the county paid for Wartburg a nice weight room/field house thingy. Have you seen how hard it is to work out in coalfields locker room/work out room? with more then 5 people its hard. I've heard all this stuff about Seth George, he new or something cause he certainly didnt do nothing last year to be ready for a mvp year this year. If he has lost 50lbs that 3-4 yards of lowering your head will be about 1-2 yards this year. I talked to BD today and he pushed 340 and the kid weighs 180. Thats 160lbs more then he weighs, I been hearing alot about Kyle benching 420.... thats not much considering he weighs 300lbs and BD has to take the bar down to his chest about 8inches more then he does. That means BD is 40lbs stronger then kyle. Wartburg you need to put some 3-4As on your list, like Coalfield has 2-3As. Every school we play besides Oakdale has more students/athletes then Coalfield. I hope Wartburg does good in 2A and I would love to see them beat Alcoa in a huge upset, but seeing how Alcoa monday just got east tn leading rusher from jefferson <5A> up comming junior I don't think even Maryville will beat them. This years Wartburg-Coalfield game will be a good one. You are either going to stop BD and have a close game or your going to on coacht saturday morning saying something about recruiting or wait till next year. One thing I'm telling you <Wartburg> you better practice to defend the pass because CaK is unstoppable at it. The QB from last year just doesnt miss any throws. For Coalfield to make a deep run again someone is going to have to make some plays besides BD, someone will have to become a leader in a way to build people up and put your foot down at needs be. I've always thought before you can be a great leader you must first follow. I hope I was a good leader to follow for the upcomming seniors. Is this about who will go to collge on a full ride, half rides, walk ons, or just think who could play? All schools D-1a, D-1aa can only offer full rides. D-II,D-III, NAIA can offer full rides or some football money. Some schools like Maryville where MPG went cant even offer athletic money in any amount no matter the sport. I dunno why that is, but you guys best be tring to get accepted to all the schools you are thinking about. BTW letters from colleges mean nothing because your coach just puts your name in a database and the colleges send them to everyone in it. They all start out *Dear Prospect* , meaning they don't know who you even are. I have no idea when I will be back on here to reply, but I will try to be on tomorrow sometime==0-=-

Coalfield pound for pound will be as strong if not stronger then anyone they play. I havnt been down there much this summer to see what everyone is getting, but coach told me they got about 6-8 boys that can push 300+ with Coker last year pushing 350, I havnt worked out with him or seen him this summer to see what he's pushing. Coalfield isnt worried about max this much this year cause you can get hurt so easy from it. As any cmbines its not a max test its a 185,225 rep test. I think about 3-4 months ago Coker told me he got 225 16-18x cant member which one. They will soon start their SAQ program again and I'm sure anyone they played last year will tell you how much of a difference it made. I think Brandon Davis is about 180lbs and can push 300+ leading the skill positions. A few that play basketball needs to start being in the weight room more often because they will regret it after its over and its over before you know it. I'm not sure how many games I'll get to make it to this year, but I will try my hardest to make it to the Wartburg,GreenBack,Midway, and Oneida. I'm sure me and Bo Kidd will be giving each other a hard time that whole week sense we are room mates.

He's lost 50lbs sense basketball been over? I seen him and he hasnt lost 50lbs and on the 300+ bench press I think gibson put seth at 290 and fastest 40 time I ever ran at a college was 4.5 at UT I ran 4.3 at coalfield with other people timing. I'd like to see him pull a 4.6 cause if he's that big and runs that fast he should be having many colleges look at him.

Hensley <me> I am signing to Cumberland Kentucky tomorrow at 1:30pm during school. MPG is signing with Maryville on Monday <I think>. Weird thing is he's going to a spread run and gun offense, and I'm going to option. I didnt want to deal with Maryvilles acadimics <heard they was super hard> Tusclum,Maryville, and a few other small schools wanted me to come there, but Cumberland just felt more like home for me. Cumberland College, KY/ Eastern Kentucky, KY/ Tennessee Tech, Maryville, MTSU, got offered by Tusclum and still get calls from some smaller colleges that wants me to come but thats my list that ive got to it. I was commited and suppose to sign to Cumberland College this monday, but we had a fall back and I'm waitin to get information from TTU,EKU,MTSU before I sign. Most likey Cumberland cause they told me I would play as freshman and Maryville told me I could/should start as freshman, but I think Maryville is to hard of a college for me.

Hey, we had 3 practices cause *we was in the 4th round of the play-offs* while you was sitting at the house<Practiceing basketball>. I thought it was funny to see the 21-0 sign at your gym. Midway needs to learn to respect people before anyone respects then. Would make a bet with anyone that we play like we did against Sunbright/Oneidia we easily win that game in the first half.
