I don't think any player from Summertown was mouthing at anyone... Coach Willard has taught these girls better than that, and they respect him WAY TOO much to do it....thank you.

Edney might be good, and she might work hard. But I know she did not get shafted for the MVP. Megan Corbin deserved this award fair and square. No one works as hard as she does on both ends of the court. She is the best all around player in 12A. She can play anywhere on the floor. She is a great leader, and deserves this award. Edney still has two years to prove herself. Congrats Megan on a great season!

The refs were pitiful, but I think when Clifton's coach cussed at them, he deserves to be thrown out and suspended. And If I'm not mistaken when you said there was a bad call made when one of Cliftons girls was running along side the ball and the refs called a foul on her....you must not have been payin attention because watson pushed Stown girl down, not just a little elbow but enough to knock her all the way down. Watson threw cheap shots all night, its a wonder if she didnt get threw out herself. She has been doin this for some time now, and if you don't think so, we have tapes of her, throwing quite a few shots. Now do you think thats sportsmanlike?? Think about your own team before you start talking about the refs.

What does everyone think about this game? My opinion goes to Summertown, these girls play with alot of heart, which helps them get the job done. Collinwood has also won some tough games, and has lost some very tight games to some good teams. Who does everyone think will come up with this District win??? Go S'town Lady Eagles!!
