I am with hotsauce this does have the potential to be a classic just like the 01 game. I really did enjoy the outcome of that game and hopefully the guys from Soddy will be feeling the same enjoyment that we felt. I know one thing that i will be there cheering on the trojans good luck guys. I predict an upset special in a close battle between the trojans and wildcats. Soddy........34 Oak Ridge........32 It is going to take a STRONG effort from the trojans!!!!

Can the trojans of Soddy Daisy pull the upset against the Oak Ridge Wildcats in a region matchup at home on senior night for the trojans?? Let me know what you guys think!!!!

I will have to go with Soddy in this one because they are hungry to get back to the playoffs. Should be a close game though because if i am not mistaken Farragut's playoff chances are on the line to. I also noticed that Farragut played Oak Ridge but i think that Soddy's defense will come up big in a close win on Friday night. Soddy 17 Farragut 14

What does everybody think about the game coming up on Friday between The Soddy Daisy Trojans and the Farragut Admirals. Let me here some predictions.

Soddy should be fired up coming off a tough region lost at McMinn. The Owls have won the last 3 meetings dating back to my junior year. Funny yall mention "the drive" which could relate to the drive that the owls put on us to win the game in 2000 when the student section totally showed up ours by coming down behind the end zone. Anyway i think that Soddy will break the streak in a close one of Friday night. No Flannagin. No Foster. No win. Should be a close one though. Soddy 24 The owls..20 Ps..could be wrong though.....the beuaty of high school is anything can happen...good luck to both teams

I just realized that i didn't put my predictions down for the game. I would have to give McMinn a little bit of an edge with it being at home. You never know when you go up there and play. But that doesn't mean that i think McMinn will run away with the game. This Soddy team has suprised me all year, but being from Soddy and having played for Soddy i am going to say Soddy 20 McMinn 17 in overtime. DEFENSE WINS THE GAME!!!!! Ps....hopefully it won't be a replay of my senior year.......go trojans!!!!!!

My understanding is that there was two dead catfish in the soddy dogout. But who knows who did it and i doubt that it was coach Reese or any of the baseball players. Good luck soddy and red bank.

All of this talk on here doesn't mean anything. All that matters is who shows up in the district. Maybe Red Bank will or will it be Soddy. Who knows!!!! But like i said all of this talk is cheap and soon it will be time to PUT UP OR SHUT UP!!!!

Why do yall get on here and run your mouths about this guy being such a great picther when the score was 19 to 11. Man that sounds like a real pitchers dual both ways!!!! I am not going to make excuses for soddy either because you have to play all aspects of the game. I mean i have never seen this kid pitch, but i have cought a lot of really good pitchers....Adam Howard....Bj Church....David Mead...Jamie Tricogolu(sp??)...Steven Hogan.....so don't portray him to be the best kid ever to walk through the chattanooga area. I mean i don't want to put him down either and i hope that he has a great year and good luck....but you have to give soddy credit where credit is due!!!

Oh and by the way Jim Higgins who is one of the former players that is helping played at Cleveland State for two years and then transferred to Carson Newman and started both years. Jim Hensley is the other former player and he attented Jefferson State for two years and decided not to continue is career. Oh did i forget to mention that both Clevelend State and Jeff State have GREAT programs?? But i am sure that you already knew that because you are an expert on baseball. I just have one question how many points(lol) do you think Soddy will score this year???

Why does every one have to argue...i mean i am friends with Kyle and i was happy that he won.......but who knows if they wrestled again shawn might win.....he might not....same with jordan and kyle......who knows.....but jordan beat kyle when it mattered....and same about kyle beating shawn.....but both are great wrestlers....and better yet great guys!!!!!!!!

i think that the boys at soddy will come out fired up this year and ready to prove themselves after the flounder season that they had last year. Even though like wood said they are left without a pitching ace so someone will have to step up and take that role.......outfield looks like it will be in good shape.......catchers.....do not have many vasity starts between them......but......i will have them ready before the season starts.....you can bank on that......infeild should be solid too.....i think it all will come down to the hitting..........if soddy can hit .....they will win......good luck guys........make up for last year!!!

I have heard that Lydell is coming back to work with the running backs..........if he does that should really help the running backs!!!!

I think that might have happened maybe once.....and if it did then i am sure it wasn't all the picthers fault....there were probably some errors in there.

I agree about being cocky but you have to be confident in sports.....it is just the attitude you have to take......now i do admit that there is a fine line between being cocky and confident......now don't get me wrong jon is cocky but i think it is only on the mat....but you can not judge soddy by one persons attitude......whether it is jon or anybody else.....every school has something that is ten times worse than jon......i also agree that people find someone to hate that is on top......but i am not going to get on here and down either opinion...but i think that jon showed class by apologizing..........but no matter how cocky jon is he still knows i would whip him off the matt...........LOL............GOOD LUCK AT STATE MAN!!!!!!!!!!

It is going good at utc.....it is hard to getting back into shape but i am enjoying it. I think that the knew coach will turn the program around!!!!
