It is pretty likely that is Cbarkley in new form, but I really don't care! I do think he had a pretty good knowledge of the game, but it really didn't effect me one way or the other when he said things contrary to what I thought! But hey! whatever, a bet IS A BET!! so if that is you Cbarkley, "be a man" and live up to it!!!

Gerry and Cbarkley are completely different people, both dislike eachother apparently as well! LOL...Gerry is a former teammate of mine here at Fairview and Cbarkley was a former player at Sycamore where one of the Fairview Coaches used to be..

Actually, as much as it has been over the past couple years, aside from Bobby Martin, Glenn Frazer, Zach Walker, Jeremy Taylor, Lee Fleet, and Q-baby Young...the rest of the playmakers are sophmores and juniors, so really it's about half and half! Clint Bogle, Michael Degalliford, Ian Morhman, Cole Cassidy, Blake Sullivan, Jed Baldoni, Brandon Humphreys, and others are all juniors and sophmores... Oh and, bye bye Cbarkley!!!

That says it all!! Just the other day a friend of mine, who happens to be a cheerleader, asked me and another of my teammates to skip the game and go to Dollywood over this weekend!!! It outraged me, though I'm sidelined for the rest of this season, my senior year, i thought the idea to be completely, well, disgusting in my mind!! Luckily my teammate felt the same way, as he is a senior too!!! But just the thought of it all made me sick!! I guess you really don't know untill you've been out there, on the game field doing exactly what that quote states!!

I seem to remember someone fittign that description, but i don't know what grade he's in! But if he is who i think he is, tell you're center to watch out, he's a load to block!

From the looks of things, if Fairview wins Friday, they will most likely settle for nothing worse than 2nd in the region, but I promise that won't satisfy them!

The reasoning behind all this is completely irrelevant!! I mean, good god people, act the the so-called adults you say you are! I've watched as pretty much all of you have said, "Quit hiding behind your keyboards and be a man!" Explain to me how that signifies being a man? Anyone? You can't, because that has absolutely nothing to do with it! I've been in arguements about spilled milk with my mom that had more depth and meaning than this stupid battle on words!!! No one is going to change their mind...every one of you think you're right and I'M POSITIVE that one or two of the people are on here make statements just to get a rise out of the other, and it obviously works! I pretty much agree with every insult that has been tossed about on this thread, and do you know why? We've got 40+ year olds, 16 year olds that think they're adults, we've got a 21 year old calling another 20 or 21 year old, "son"!!! It's all so dumb!!! It's one big power struggle, just like in elementary school! I remember, because I was there not too long ago, and apparently so were MANY of you!! I'm sure someone will agree with me, and I'm also sure that someone will just HAVE to respond to this in a negative way! But I really don't care! I always try not to offend anyone on here, but now you're all just being so stupid! I don't understand how you guys get off calling eachother HYPOCRITES and actually believe it!!!! (that is the proper spelling..but I'll be honest, I looked it up on an online dictionary just to make sure)...ANYWAY, this is why Coach Rewis always told us to stay off these boards(though I think only one other person besides me actually plays for Fairview)..they can be extremely HELPFUL, and other times, like now, they can be extremely USELESS!!!

I'd like to wish my region the best of luck but I don't see Harpeth managing much of anything in this game...Station Camp all the way!!

The ball did hit our guy in the head, not the leg. I know for a fact because i was the one back to return the punt! It was a short punt, and it was QUITE wet and muddy out there, so i made the "peter" call(the designated call for when a punt is short and tells your teammates to get away fromk the ball). My teammate didn't hear me, and it just barely edged his helmet and as i dove forward to recover the ball, a surging McKenzie players jumped on it before i could!! it did take a few plays for mckenzie to score but they did! I do believe that last series was the worst showing of tackling by us(fairview) i've ever seen to this day, with me now in my senior year!! too bad my season has been cut short, i'd love another shot at anybody really!! getting hurt really puts things in perspective!!!

CBarkley, If i'm not mistaken, doesn't the winner of Region 5 this year have home field advantage throughout the first few rounds of the playoffs??

I don't know hardly anythign about either team except Coach Rewis will have his guys prepared...good luck Heritage!!

Final: Fairview 51 Waverly 8 After Waverly stopped Fairview on their first series...Fairview got a turnover and never looked back...42-0 at half! with 2:56 left in the second quarter the second teamers came in and stayed in the remainder of the game. The only starters that played from then on were on Kickoff and the final kickoff return of the game after Waverly scored late in the 4th quarter!
