Usually depends on the system. You could be hired if you lacked only a semester or two only to be an assistant coach and be paid only a coaching suppliment in my experiences. You could not be hired as a full time employee.

I think he has been an assistant ant MCHS for around 8-10 years. I believe this is his only stint in coaching. Worked his way up the ladder. Loyalty is a key in this job. What do you mean by this job giving him plenty of time?

I would say that the stadium is safe with their history. 6 National Championships 23 State Championships 802 all time wins (winningest high school football team in the US)
