no disrespect for brentwood or franklin cause they both have awesome programs...but DL used to pound Franklin in jamborees bout 2 years ago and DL's JV beat Brentwood's JV by a couple of TD's I think, I could be wrong though....2a can compete with 5a no question

cizzle...to tell the truth we only have about 522 kids in our whole school....we play 3a power Marshall County...very athletic 4a Springfield....1a runner up Boyd Buchanon and last years DII champ BGA for our non-reigon games. No 5a teams wanna get beat by a private 2a school. Y'all had a good team this year though, good luck next year.

David Lipscomb.....Reese Smith Athletic Complex..1 home loss in 5 years....can anyone else beat that?

David Lipscomb.......152 wins in 15 years...can any other team in the nashville area put up those numbers besides maybe MBA? I'm not bragging....i'm really wondering.

i'm not one to talk trash...but i'm kind gettin sick of hearing lipscomb must not be THAT good beacuse boyd beat them....i play for lipscomb and i have the upmost respect for their program...great coaches...healy is awesome..nelson is a stud...but when fans that did'nt even play in the game get on here and run their mouths...thats not right....i'll be the first to admit..boyd deserved to win, they we're the better team THAT night, but thats one night, i'm not saying boyd got lucky or anything...because they're that good...but i think it would be interesting to see what the score would have been if we had played them in week 15..also i would like to say thank you to boyd because we would'nt have won state if ya'll had'nt beaten us..good luck next year

no one can compare to ken tyler form lipscomb...he turned down a job w/ the titans to stay @ lipscomb....it also does'nt really hurt to have burton elrod (head trainer for the titans)on the sideline at each game
