101 is mind boogling to think you can win that many straight games, but when you dodge all the good competition in south carolina, and they split the highest classification in your state, it sets up a great team to look unbeatable. i lived in charlotte for 5 yrs and granted independence has a great program, they never play the best competition

without reading the article i can almost guarantee they missed the boat. Memphis does not cover west Tennessee football. they cover Memphis football and maybe venture out 30 miles outside their metro area.

why do people think germantown is so unbeatable, and they will beat down everybody they play. Neither team has played the caliber oppenent each will see friday night. at this point of the season it is winner advanced loser go home. i can not wait until friday around 10:00pm when all of the germantown fans post on this board about all the excuses of how they lost. oh, and you mention how jcm was down at halftime. so what, when was the lst time a game was decided at halftime? they still won the game 39-7 they could not have been down by that much. bottom line one team will end a good yr at 12-1 only time will tell who that will be. all of you doubters well understand why JCM was the no3 team in the state friday when they go to the m-town to take on germantown. i have read all yr, how JCM has not played anybody, and so fourth. who has germantown played this yr? germantown has, and i must say beat down everybody they have played so far, but they have not played a team as good as JCM. only time well tell who will prevail, and people will debate about this and that. i don't think you can argue an undefeated season. True JCM's region may not have been strong this yr, but they have one all their games so far. As for a weak schedule why do you assume that their schedule is so much weaker that germantown, or houston. Germantown and JCM has played 3 common opponents, while JCM and Houston has played 4 common opponents.
