  1. I just wanted to comend Columbia for their play. First of all their keeper was one of the best keepers I have seen. Their defense seemed to be really quick and pretty solid. We have played several teams that I just wanted to hit every player in the face after the game, but Columbia was a respectable team and I am glad to have played them. I talked to a couple of their forwards and they seemed to be good guys. I wish that we could have met them at state, but I do want to congratulate them for a successful season regardless of last nights outcome. Good Luck to you all next year!
  2. I was just wondering what happend at the Blackman/Cleveland game. Who won? Game summary? All that good stuff....
  3. I love the way these posts go...No one who talks on here is USUALLY a player for their school (unless you are Ooltewah who is ridiculous). Neither McMinn nor Farragut PLAYERS care about Coacht.com at all just like soccernut said. They are both admirable teams who love to play soccer and want to win. McMinn players do not care what anyone says about them on here, and neither do Farragut players-In other words there is no FUELING FARRAGUTS FIRE BY TALKING JUNK! Both teams will go out every game and play to the best of their ability....whoever wins is the better team at that time. So please Invasion just stop...
  4. wow, these threads are fun! there is so much bull crap to read that i dont know what to do. coacht is all just a series of scores, "smack" talking and ooltewah threads. glad i do not get on here very often. Mr.Nick and soccermadness....hola
  5. Does anyone know when the rankings will be updated? I assumed Brentwood would be #1 due to Farragut's recent loss, but www.soccerinfo.com still shows Farragut in first. Please comment.
  6. Baggio's Heir-McMinn Co. is AAA....they are ranked #3 with a 13-1 record....they suffered only one loss on the season which came from Farragut (the score was 2-1)
  7. i don't understand what it is with people around here. i do not think that any school gives the proper respect to soccer that it deserves. im with ooletawah(spelling?) on this one. we are always having to give up anything and everything to football. football is not in season and yet half of the time we do not get to practice on the field that is supposed to be designated as the high school field, not just the football field and we end up playing in a poorly maintained "field". maybe one day people around here will notice that soccer is just as entertaining a sport as football.
  8. Buckley and Pritchett Rock! Whipple Pack Rules the School! Go Tribe! Yay for Cross Country!
  9. So FatCat17, I was just wondering what contributions you made to your team? Why don't you let your play do the talking and not this "chat room" website hahaha - and what is this whoop whoop? Are you beating eggs or something?
  10. i am a student from mcminn co. high school and i just wanted to say that our cross country team is most impressive. coach smith and all of his runners are some of if not the most dedicated athletes in the state. mike buckley is a leader and helps to influence his team to their goal. coach smith is the commanding general and i would not be suprised to see mcminn co. pull in another state championship for cross country. run team run!
  11. First, all the people who were talking about the upset are probably not even associated with McMinn. So stop wasting your time arguing with someone who is talking out of their a--. And although an upset was highly unlikely, it was possible. We knew exactly what we were goin up against, because a lot of us have played club ball in the past with a lot of the Farragut players. But there's no need to get on here and act childish, trashing mcminn or whatever. We got creamed by a team who was obviously a lot better than us. And that's all there is to it.
  12. i disagree with davinci because despite frustration, a team player remains intent on winning or at least trying to win. why would anyone give up and just want the season to be over? personally, i play for mcminn and we get hardly any credit at all for the success that we have had, yet we go out and try to make a statement every single game. i do not think that region 4 is a pushover, i agree with the other guys in saying that until you have actually played against the team itself you have no right to judge them. let the field do the talking....
  13. i guess cottons comment was a little premature.... McMinn Co. 4 Red Bank 0 Final Score
  14. Correct me if I'm wrong, but i believe i have a game tonight at 7 against red bank for the region championship, so to say they are about to be region champs is about 5 hours premature.
