Dyersburg and Dyer County has a HUGE rivalry!

GG to both teams.. i have something to ask you guys that know. Dyer County's student section was cheering and everything like they always do. When the officials would make a bad call, the section would boo..just like any other cheering section at any game....and for that the refs told them if they stood up on the floor like they do all the time, they would kick the section out. Also, the section never got close to the line on the floor..the cheering section stayed back the whole game.. is that right? last time i checked you were free to boo at bad calls but again, gg to both teams...

Any predictions?

How does everyone think this one will turn out? I haven't heard much on Obion.....how are they??

It was a good game tonight. At one point DC was down by 19 (i think), and they came back and lost by 6. Good game played by both teams. There were some bad calls tonight but all in all it was a good game. BTW, I am not one to bash officials,and I am not...there were just some bad calls near the end. GG to both teams.

Are there any type of distractions that are legal, such as air horns, cowbells, or anything of that sort?

I agree, the delk brothers are my favorite basketball players to watch in high school. I have seen Prince play but yet to see Smith play but all I here are good things from him. But Reginald is amazing to watch.

Yes, her name is Sara Jo Mason, she had a very good game against york. She was on her threes that day, and like you said, her driving ability is amazing. Her and Mallory(#4 for DC) are very good three point shooters

I haven't seen Dudley play(I want to though). Mallory Akin hands down IMO at the 3 line

you talking about before or after Dyer County got 3 td's called back, that would have caused a big diff in the score? but gl to gc

It was a good game last night. Dyersburg came out on top, but not as bad as everyone said it was going to be though. Dyer County has improved a whole lot this year. Both teams will have a solid year, but that game last night could have went either way. And btw, the game last night showed more sportsmanship from both teams and fans than I have ever seen from the rivals.

Brandon Ballinger is very underrated.... I have watched Patterson pitch a couple of games and people say that he throws 90 but he was throwing about 84 when i have seen him...but he is good...but he's not unknown

Can anyone tell me some info on this catcher? Alot of people has told me he is a freshman and one of the best high school catchers they have seen...

The game was for bragging rights...and according to the state gazette interview with peterson he did a whole lot of bragging for hisself..don't get me wrong he did a GREAT job in the game..but he sounds a little full of himself....but i can't blame him..he was caught up in the moment

Yes cole it was a big game for both teams because of the rivalry....good look to both dyersburg and dc...when is the next game between us...

Dyersburg played a very good game and they played like the wanted it.... One of Dyersburgs guys almost charged the mound on BRANDON...that would have been a mistake for that guy... Yall played a good and game and we didn't hopefully we can take yall next time GO CHOCS!!!
