PC has Been doing this since 2008! I was notified of it today. I posted my thoughts as I think it is clearly an unfair advantage. I know Alcoa wins it all again anyway, but it is unfair for the other teams playing with a 1/3 the enrollment numbers.

I love that TSSAA allows a 1000 student school (5A) to combined players with a 650 student school (3A) and have nerve to classify it as a 3A school. Talk about favoritism!!! I hope Mr Childress likes his free swimming pool!This is worst case of cheatingin TN high school football.

IMO, after watching film. I'd say Austin-East is as good as PC. Very very similar style with a very mobile QB. AE's QB (6/1, 245lbs,)does not throw as well , but runs the ball much more physical then the PC QB. Alcoa shut him down. They will do the same to PC! Book it!

If Covington loses......then technican they will not be playing football. So, Covington players can come play with Alcoa in the championship game per this convenient agreement and play against PC. Covington and Alcoa enrollment would be 1500 to PC/MLK's 1600. But, I'll guarantee a firebird beat down!!!
