Hey don't get mad now. It's not like we are playin the game or anything. We just like to be crazy. But you are half way right. We do go over board on some things. One reason we get a little crazy is because we have never had a basketball school, its always been FOOTBALL. We just get happy cause in the past we haven't really been as good as we are now. I'm not saying we're awesome though.

Both of the boys were provoked and thats all there is to it. But yes, yalls district is pretty competitive and to be honest i think that Santa Fe is the better team between them and Perry Co. But we are just happy cause we got payback on Santa Fe from last year. Thats all. There's no reason to get mad at us fans for getting on here and talking about the team. We are just happy.

Well if yall wanna make excuses, then we got one for when yall beat us. We didn't shoot good against yall at our place. If we had of or just made 2 or 3 more shots whe would have beat yall.

Like I said whosydaddy, there's not 1 player on here from lewis co. but your still acting like it's the team talking smack. And for crying out loud, we don't think our team is the best. I know for a fact. If we get past the regions, that will be a very tuff task for us. And good Lord, quit making excuses of why Perry Co. got beat.

Hey, I'm not trying to make anyone mad but I know that not one person that posts for Lewis Co. is a player. Their coach doesn't like them being on it or even reading it and I just know for a fact that none of the posters are players. It's just mainly the students and that how everybody is. Everyone is gonna talk trash for the team. I also know that they DONT think they are the greatest team ever. They know they are far from it. So just to let you know, they are not bragging about their selves or think they are awesome. But you were also saying something about playing 1A schools. The teams they play are pretty much the same ones they have played for 20 years. It's really never been changed. But Lewis Co. is probably the closest school in 2A to being a 1A school. They are right on the verge of being single A. They might be when the new classifications come out. Anyways, out of the 18 teams they play this year, only 5 are single A. And they single a teams they do play are all only about 30 minutes away or less so thats one of the main reasons we do play them. Yeah, he might have been the most athletic player out there on the court last night, maybe not , and might have been the best player, but probably not, and probably not the smartest out there. It is nice to hear that such an athletic person as he is has good grades and has his head screwed on right.

Please, nobody listen to eaglefan. He is insane. I don't guess he seen the no calls for both sides. It was a very good defensive game by both teams but just weren't hitting any shots. Good game to both. It's also nice to see that the players were not mouthing at each other at the end of the game. They all shook hands and had a few words (good words) and both teams took it like a man. This Johnson kid insn't as bad as some people are making it out to be, he just let his emotions take over. It's an accident. It happens. But just don't listen to eaglefan. He's making it out to be like Lewis Co. got everything. NOT TRUE. It went both ways on a sloppy game and Lewis stepped up at the end and didn't give up and won.

ok, you can stop thinking what you want to think because i heard it myself. He said it. Plain and clear. And about the no calls, that went on all night for both sides. I know they were horrible. Sparkman was fouled by #11 at the end of the 2nd and they didn't call it and Johnson but up a 3 to put them up by 2. And at the end of the game, there was no foul. That's plain and simple. And I know that Johnson is an outstanding athlete. He's probably a good kid. I wouldn't doubt it. It was just his emotions that came out because of the frustration. It happens. But as for the calls, it went both ways last night even if they were all horrible.

Lewis Co. came out of a sloppy game tonight on top beating marshall by 4. It was very low scoring and just sloppy. The defense was good but on the offensive side it wasn't great at all. That was probably the worst I've seen them offensively in their 7 game skid. But hey, what team doesn't go through something like that. Good Job!

Who is this TRL guy? He must be blinded. He could be the worst coach in this world. Besides the fact that he's not a good coach, if you do something that he doesn't like he will have a grudge on you for the rest of your life. And thats very bad being what he is on the first day of the week and in the middle of the week.

Yes, they just played pretty well. They still have some things to work on but they'll get there.

your pretty much right tnbballfan. They are gonna have to play good against Marshall. But I do have to disagree with you on what you said about the competition. Page is still a pretty good team this year, they played marshall to the end, Summertown is a very good team this year, they beat marshall by 2, Wayne co. is not the best but they are not bad, and Lawerance Co. has a good team also. I'm not tryin to make you mad, i just know that past 4 teams they have played aren't bad.

Sure, I know Giles Co. doesn't play like they are capable of playing against some less talented teams but when they play a good team, as they have, they know to turn it up. I just don't know why this person thinks that his team is so much better.

I figured that this would be a better game considering that Marhsall Co. usually plays pretty well at their place. It seems like they always play good teams well in Lewisburg. How did each team play?
