ya i was talkin about louis williams... as for loretto... lamm, earnest, birdyshaw, and kilburn will graduate... as for casteel, i'm not totally sure, but i think he's a junior.... But loretto's going to have two very good players in jeffrey lumpkins and mark lamm... jeffrey will be a jr next yr and mark will be a soph.... Mark is improving majorly... Look for him to be a force in the years to come!! He could take anyone on the team one on one this past year as a freshman... but he has a little maturing left to do... Plus loretto guys rarely get that much playing time as a freshman.... Stupid huhh.... [Edited by mas1821 on 3-31-03 11:33P]

heh.... I wish holt would get a game up w/ south gwinnett high out of ga.... they have the kid that's ranked 1st among the 2005 class.... he's 6'1 and has an upper 40' vertical... With him and tyler, that would be one exciting game.... Also.... I'd like to see coach holt schedule some away games in memphis so they could all see how southern middle tennessee does it!! Maybe one game w/ whitestation... that would be fun!!! Even in gc got beat... who cares... it would be good for them to play a team of that calibur.....

LCHS.... Cedrick Wallace 95' and Paul Bradley 97'..... Paul is the best "street" ball player i've ever seen... he has some moves that would blow your mind... Pickup games w/ him are a delight!!

the only way loretto would play a decent game w/ giles is if michael kendrick would learn how to shoot over the summer!!! He's always the quickest person on the court no matter who he plays... yes... even more so that weezie from GC.... if only he could shoot the rock... if he isn't shooting from 6ft and in he rarely makes it.... GC fans would remember michael from the move he made at GCHS this yr that even made GC's side oooo and aahhhh.... SOMEONE PLEASE TEACH HIM HOW TO SHOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol..

Does anyone know what the name of the place that sells state tourney vid's?? I'd like to buy the GCHS vs Ridgeway tape... and the portland vs. ridgeway tape.... so let me know plz..

noone can do that w/out walking!! 3 pt line, one dribble, reverse slam... that's atleast 3-4 steps... I've seen tyler dunk from about 2 foot outside the hot spot and 1 foot shy of the free throw line... but come on... maybe if the guy was on a break away and had the momentum and just took one dribble after passing the 3 pt line... but getting it at the 3pt line takin 1 or 2 steps then doing a reverse slam.... LoL... give me a break! How long was the cape hanging down off of his back??

prince is good... and has lots of potential... but i'm sorry.... he's no where near tyler smith.... and i would put the delks above him as well.... I agree w/ gomab's rankings... other than the fact that it's ludicrous the delk's are above smith!

lol... got a laugh out of me gomab... the thing is... If tyler was on your team you would see the blatant difference if you're not able to do so from just watching the three play seperately! Doesn't matter... bottom line... you'll change your rankings again when tyler's a jr... by the way!! if you put two tyler smith's on a team and supply that team w/ a supporting cast that can somewhat play... you have a state championship team!! In the least, you have a state champ contender.... So if they're "better than tyler," where was jns at?? they got drilled by bolivar and ridgeway... and didn't even make it to state.... not sayin much for a team that had 2 kids on it better than tyler smith!

LOL.... he must have been one heck of a ball hog to shoot that many long balls over 4 years.... Lets say he averaged 50 percent from long range, and that's being very generous, he would have to shoot 4000 three's in 4 years.... that's almost impossible unless he was the only person shooting.... some ppl are funny!

Nice lead up to Jerry West... But I have to disagree w/ you on a few marks... 1.) Skogen was good... real good... as was wadley, hare, and all the others you mentioned... But they shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as T. Smith, and C. Brewer... Those two are by far dominant of any other player in the tourney... And the state for that matter.... And you need to pay closer attention... It was Smith, Fletcher, and Givens that put their medals on Howard... Not Shannon.... As for everything else.... You were pretty much right on... Except for the most expected team to be at the state tournament... That would be by far White Station... I mean... Come on... #11 in the nation....

cool... well if you do want to see a prospect play and you're in the area... watch jana cross from loretto.... She's gonna be somethin else....

I'll hook him up w/ plenty if he'd just come on down south a little farther than Giles and make a stop at Loretto High School.... Now that would be great....

that's funny moose... I've seen a lot of b-ball teams and fans... and i've never seen a team that had rowdier fans than GC.... I like that... They don't downplay their tactics even when they go on the road... Just as rowdy... I'd have to say you'd be sorely mistaken... Plus.. If giles did go to brentwood, you guys wouldn't be too rowdy, I mean, you can only be so rowdy when gettin blown away... [Edited by mas1821 on 3-23-03 10:31P]
