  1. We scored two goals on Page while they only scored one in three inches of rain. Isnt defense suposed to be easier in those conditions? (you whiney baby)
  2. Peter, its rediculus how you say you are unbiased. First off, that field was the worst field I've played on in my entire club, school and odp career. How can page even stand to play on that pile of crap? Page DEFINITELY had a home field advantage. Secondly, Why are you complaining about the refs?? What do you think about the first goal page received when the ref called a handball (very delayed call) on our keeper giving Page a shot ten feet from the net. Our players had to line up on the goal line....basically it was an automatic goal. Also, I believe we had something like six yellow cards while page had two maybe. So take away our "off sides" goal and you take away one of pages goals. Don't blame the weather for anything, both teams experienced it. Page had the home field advantage, so shouldn't they have know something about that right corner, and maybe changed their strategy? Another thing about that right corner. CSAS parents spent about an hour before the game draining that water off that corner with no help for anyone one Pages side. Pages only good player was 21. Ill give my props to him. He kept his cool and played good the whole game. Players like that deserve to go to state...unfortunately Page didn't have enough of them. Nothing anyone can say will change anything about the teams in the state. Good luck to all of those still competing.
  3. I totally agree with the comment about distributing the best of preps throughout the positions of the field. Criticizing public schools for their amount of goals due to their weak competion is not justifiable. If private schools think it is unfair that public schools are the only ones who get the high stats they can classify their stats in a different category. They seem to already be in a different class with their consistency with their great coaches, recruiting of players and perfect facilities compared to public ones. Not long ago two players from ccs, even though their a/aa score a combine over 50 goals, and they are private. Corey Remillard scored like 14 or 15 goals last year. i don't think private schools should have much to complain about
  4. Takedown is true, but i think hes underestimating the schedules of some of the leading scorers. CSAS played mccallie, ND, CCS and CAK, including some decent public school teams, and they still have two of the most offensive players in the city. I do agree that there would not be leading scorers if it weren't for they're defense and midfield distributing the ball to them. They should be given credit.
  5. Well it looks like they let their game do the talking..... Luck
  6. I think other possibilities are Elliott Anderson from CSAS, Timmy Stuart from CCS, Reed Farnsley from ND, Josh Carracio from Central...
  7. What about player of the year?
  8. I guess that means Nic scored both goals... How many goals did h end the season with?
  9. I agree with my boy, Scoot. It will be a good game..
  10. Who is Jumparound??...What position does he play? Ive played club with Corey and its impossible to handle him, the most you can do is contain him. How many goals does he have this year?
  11. I got $10 on Mccallie. Anyone else want to throw down?
  12. Im going to have to agree with hehaw and rmfutbol. You need to learn how to spell before you put up any more post. Do they not teach you how to spell up at Sweetwater? You sure do talk big for a team thats not that good... Does Sweetwater even have any club or odp players, or do you even understand what that means? Anyways, back to the thread...LUCK! and nothing more.
  13. Sweetwater is one of the worst teams ive played this year. We (CSAS) played terrible and still beat them 2-1. They were given a pk to give them their only goal.
