Excellent point Napoleon, IrishMan, my sources tell me that Isaacs came in the second inning vs father Ryan last year when senior pitcher, Ross was plagued by a series of injuries that kept him from finishing the game. BGA also has lefty Berek Offman to complete the starting rotation. But there will be a big void in the staff this year because BGA graduated the most sensational left handed pitcher of our time, Logan Lovell. NOne the less, BGA will be able to compete with them all

I believe coach myers' has his team in topic condition for preseason. With the new modifications to BGA's field this year. (new wall, scoreboard, outfield fence, lights, and clubhouse) BGA will had a definate advantage over other D2 schools. Once again this year Coach Myers is taking the squad down to Miami to compete with top notch compettion. This trip will greatly prepare his squad for the tough schedule that they will have this year in the middle region of Division II

ya, the CatWalk is an amazing tradition at BGA and can get anyone pumped up. Because of it, BGA will always out work the other team, they got Heart like no other that i've seen in my 18 years of coaching....

Hi, i obviously go to BA for their great education. I can write very good sentences and can spell words very well. I never write in sentence fragment form because i must always use a subject, predicate and a complete thought to complete my sentences. I can gel my sentences together because i have "gelled" them in the past.

i believe experience in the "big game" will come to help BGA, and will come to haunt "Knox Catholic... You have to remember....the feeling that the BGA team had after the 2OTs lost in last year's clinic bowl. They might not be playing Briarcrest this year, but BGA's not going to let that happen again

don't get to cocky my friend... There is quite a bit of difference from Middle School basketball to High Scholl Basketball. You'll understand what i mean when you become a freshmen with Seniors on the team that can drive, legally vote, be married, go see an R-rated movie(lol), GO TO WAR, die for his country and can more than likely eat you alive. thanks FrankL, my roommate helped me out with it. Wesvols, BGA had about 2 hits everyinning with the exception of the tall pitcher's first inning. BA really only had one big hitting inning, that was when that guy hit the homerun and BA followed with 2 hits and a texas leageer. But best of luck to both BA and BGA.

Sorry BA fans, I'm back. I got back late last night. But don't worry, i'm a changed man. I like this new CoachT website, its very cool. My roommate showed me basically how to use it, but i might have some questions. I received information late last night that BGA was playing BA today. So i got to make it out there today. Here's what i came to conclusion of... BGA out husseled, out played, out hit, and out pitched BA. the only thing BA did better was get timely hits. After watching the enthusiasm of BGA and how every single person was in the game, i came to the conclusion that BGA will be going to Memphis. BGA's pitcher pitch great and they hit well, but didn't have timely hitts. As soon as they get timely hits, they will be hard to beat. I heard today that BA was automatically going to State, how come? Wesvols, it was neat getting to put a face with your name

Thank you for your support. This problem is insignifant compared to what our military is going through now. So lets just forget it. God Bless the USA. Brent Carney is right. Yep you won, i admit it. My hatred began while i was playing basetball when 5 of the 6 eigth graders were held back, in turn this making them a year older than our 8th graders. I believe that my hatred began with just per jealousy. Then it grew into when everytime i heard of BA or everytime i played them, i just wanted to beat them. But i do have the up most respect for Coach Pitts. he is a great coach that makes his players work hard to earn what they received this year. They came off a loss to Ryan to kill Briarcrest during their march to the title. That shows what championship caliber teams can do. so you win, i lose, but we will have to continue this conversation in about 4 months, becuase on Friday i will be leaving Knoxville and i'm joining the Marines. So i'll talk to ya later. Oh ya, only 4 people have gratuated from BGA with a 4.0 in the past 114 years.

I'm not a coach, i just made up the name, i do believe i began my hatred for BA at the age of 12 (6th grade) after my first encounter with them during a Basketball game. But that was 9 years ago. I attend the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I'm a sophmore there. For all you BA graduates, that means that i am 21. (12+9=21) I used to go to BGA,(thats Battle Ground Academy) but i graduated. Yes, i did and still do know many people who attended and still are attending Brentwood "Academy". and i love the United States of America, and i would defend it with my life, I think thats all my information you requested.
