White Co. verses Cookeville !!!!!

White Co. girls have the talent to play any team. The girls have never had a bigger fan than me.Goo luck to the girls!!!

White Co. strong team to. Saw the Washington team play. We are as good as they are.

Okay to attack Holland and Slatten, but leave Hess alone, is that it? Sorry mom.

You must be a Hess.By the way, any answers about the Cannon Co. situation. Why would a head coach leave for an assistant job?

How much experience did Hess have as head coach? Coached at Cannon Co. for a while. Why would he leave a head coaching job to become an assistant under Whited? Ask Cannon Co. about him. I liked Holland because he always dressed nice and mingled with the Sparta fans. You under rate his coaching. Ever seen Hess mingle with the fans? Hess has no public relations skills. On our road games, won't even sat with the fans.

Campbelle Co. Ga. had good talent, but nothing on the bench. Almost nothing beats nothing. Our talent is as good or better than them or Jackson Co. One thru ten, I've never seen us better. Holland never won a title, but he's twice the coach Hess is. His assistant Coach Jolley was a big part of a game plans. You probably think he is stupid to. Seasons early, we'll lose some games because of Hess's late game coaching. Talent will carry you so far!!!!

I could havr the same or better record. We have played 3 quality teams. They were Cookeville, Livingston, and Jackson Co., winning two of three.The other teams were all weak or weaker. Talent is the only chance for him to be sucessful.

Sad night for White Co. We couldn't shoot or rebound. Friday night, we shot the lights out. I can't see where our team had better talent than Jackson Co. If Slatten leaves after this year, I'm voting for fastereddie.

So you think Holland was a bad coach? Ask Coach Haile or Ken Jolley their opinion. Ginger Jared senior year was a great team. But if you will remember, Shelbyville was even better. They had Michelle Johnson and Woosley. Jolley's junior year, she missed foul shots at the state tourney with under a minute left, and we lost. I will never blame a player for a loss. We win together and lose together. Mtchell's senior year, I thought we over achieved. With the exception of Mithell, our talent was average at best. This year's team has a lot more talent overall than Mithell's team. Sunday and Lewis will play in college, as will Hacker and King. If Hess had come in when Jared was a senior, he wouldn't have won any championships. He would have run off over half his players.He is the worst game coach our girls have ever had.His sub patterns are a joke!!! His talent will carry him , not his coaching.

Talent overcomes bench. Took two starters out starting fourth quarter, almost beat them. What was he thinking? How long can he keep Hacker off the floor? Jackson Co. had us right where they wanted us, and then missed two front ends of one and one foul.Lewis made some big shots towards the end. Hacker made two huge foul shots. Great win for the girls!!!

Shoot-out started out with the Oaklands, Science Hill,etc in the boys.Had teams in the girls from Penn.,Ga., plus top teams from Tenn. With the exception of Jackson Co. girls, field is fairly weak. People in charge have dropped the ball. Good teams like to come to good tourneys.Seems like people in charge worried to much about making all the money they can instead of having a good field.

First two yearsof Hess and Slatten are completely different. Slatten came in unwanted by parents,players,and almost everybody else.Nobody gave him a chance!When Hess came in, there were no problems.He created all of his problems by himself.He was very abusive to the girls,verbal wise.Don't take my word for it,ask Dycus or Haley,or ask somebody from Cannon Co. You need to get your head out of the sand. Second. You are wrong about Whited not going to middle school games.He went all the time. Third. Haley would welcome Hess and be glad to talk to him. You're wrong about Haley.Hess has you snowed. Fourth. If you seen our boys play in summer games, they have improved a lot since then. Our talent is down, but they are trying. If somebody else was coaching,your expections would be a lot lower. Fifth. Holland had some talent back then, but he had no bench.Our team now goes 10 deep with very little dropoff. We have girls coming off the bench that could start for most of the teams we play.Who could Hacker not start for in our district? One thru ten, Hess has more talent.

Hess can get by on talent alone.They can go 10 deep without any dropoff to speak.I will never be a Hess fan the way he destroyed our program the first two years. Slatten doesn't have the talent to be a big winner.The boys are improving every game. As long as they give a good effort I will be supporting them. Fastereddie-Should Hess support the middle school program and Coach Haley?

Maryville's record is 3 wins and 5 losses.

Coach Odum deserves credit.When they play good teams,they always seem to play tough.Year after year they play so so during the regular season,then play Shelbyville or anyone else tough in the post season.I hate to give anyone from Cookeville credit,but I just did,so there.

When Slatten leaves,I want to see your name in the mix for boys coach.Sounds like to me you would't have any trouble winning all the games.Let me know,I'll rally the troops around you when it's time.

Cookeville is a decent team as is Livingston.Cookeville lost to Oak Ridge by 16 also.Livingston beat an average Cumberland Co. team by one.If you want to get to the state, you have to beat these teams.Jackson Co. should be a good test.Our girls need to beat a team like them,and will with a good game.

If Slatten told his team they were the worst he had ever coached and he wished he had never came here,he should be fired!I don,t beleive he said it and I will ask him. Our boys have to play for us to win.Blaming a coach for every loss is stupid.

Should Hess have a good relationship with Coach Haley? Have you ever seen him at middle school games?

Was not at game.Always glad for the girls.Good win over a decent team.Sometimes talent will overcome!

It matters because a coach should be part of the community,activities,etc.He should go to the grade school and middle school games to support the players coming up and the coaches.Coach Haley does a wonderful job and Hess gives him no thanks at all.He will go out of his way not to even speak.By the way,why didn't the 15 girls that quit,quit on Coach Haile?

Crunch time is the whole game when you're playing good teams.As for Hess going crazy on the bench,you must be looking at something different than I am.The Cookeville fans were looking at him instead of the game.If we don't change our offenseive scheme,nothing matters anyway.

So you think losing 15 players the first two years is ok? By the way,out of these 15 were over half of the freshman team that won the district.Hess should have had a good team his first year,but he ran them off.How come they didn't quit on Coach Haile?Hess has cooled down some since his first two years.At Cookville,he was like a crazy man on the sideline.Crunch time,a coach has got to be in control. He was completely out of control!Answer this.Do you think a head coach should live in White Co.? He makes his money here,he should be a part of our community.
