It would be interesting to find out if Caleb Myers 112 and Bo Usary 125 had the same weight assesor. I have my doubts has to whether either wrestler could legally certify at the weight they wrestled in the state tournament. Both looked weaked and dehydrated the first two days of the tournament. Neither wrestled well until after the final weigh-in when they could hydrate. It was sad to see Caleb get mauled by an inferior opponent on Friday. I suspect their assesor was a huge Upper East TN fan who totally missed the point of the weight loss program.

The Region 3 & 4 Section is probably the tightest in the 3200. You have four of the top 7 finishers from the state cross country meet. They are Longstreth, Whittier, Howater, & Pair. Three of these 4 have the potential to run sub 10. You also have a talented freshman from Chattanooga Christian and I believe Walker Valley might have another decent 3200 guy.

Cope will have to get very lucky to even place 6th. There are many tough wrestlers at 103 including Dario Rudas, Elee Puckett, Devon Martin, Jason Mcroskey, Tanner Johnson, and Jahmal Shelton. He is not yet on the same level as these guys.

I've seen both wrestle and it is hard to imagine Webb being close in ability to Abercrombie. Have they wrestled or do you have results against common opponents?

Has anyone found out who was picked for small schools and D2 ?

Puckett is powerful and knows how to wrestle. I will be shocked if Jamal even makes it to the finals. If he has to go against Rudas he will lose. Rudas will step it up a notch for the state. Jamal could place in the top 6? I've seen him wrestle and it is a definite??????

Puckett should breeze through the state with nothing less than a major decision.

Duane Bennett and Dan Colvard might have been there but it was them they looked pretty bad.

I saw him with David Weeks, John Noblitt, and Zigner last night. He may be out of commission today.

CB56 The Soddy Daisey 112 Toney is very good. I have seen both him and Baucke wrestle and Baucke would definitely have to wrestle well to beat him.
