Coach Emily is the best thing that ever happened ro red bank wrestling and I think everyone will see that this year. he has done so many good things for us and we owe him big time. He has taught me to want it so bad and hes gotten me into the best shape of my life. He knows more moves than anyone i have ever met, and I am looking foward to a great year.
