Well expect Lewis County to be good once again next year. Most everyone returns from this years team, including some players that didn't get to play due to injuries in the preseason. One another note, its going to be hard to overlook Richland and the season they had this year with there young team. I'm expecting another great year next year in 6-2aa

Well everything so far is correct about what happened last year. After the game a group of Waverly fans were leaving in the car and said something to a student about them playing dirty. This led to more talking and then the car left when the student went into the school. As usuall all the student fans went to Mcdonalds after the game just as we do after every game. One of our players pulls into Mcdonalds with the Waverly car right behind him. The player later said that the Waverly car pulled up next to him and asked him if he knew the kid that they got into it with. This led to a comfrontation and ended with about 20 cars chasing them out of town. I saw all of this, but i'm sure there are about 200 differnt stories out there so your gonna hear alot of stuff. Anyways hopefully this is past and Good luck to both teams this season

Congratulations to Ezell. This seemed to be one of those games where either team could have won, it was just who caught the breaks at the right time. Lewis lost 2 fumbles that cost them big, and Ezell was called for holding all night long. # 7 was amazing for Ezell as he ran all over the Panthers, and was an extremly accurate passer. Once again Congratulations to Ezell and good luck throughout the playoffs

Nope, muzzleloader season opens up in the mornin, so theres still plenty of use for it.

I agree with you there. Most of the posters on here are pickin 5aa to sweep, but how many of them posters have actually seen both teams play....

Lewis Co. always plays tough at home. This town lives for football and the fans are behind the team 100%. This is intesified during the playoffs and I can imagine that its tough to hear out there with all the fans shaking the jugs and stomping the feet in the bleachers. Anyways its gonna be a great game and expect the fans to be LOUD after seeing what happened at the Camden game.

Lewis Co. played great last Friday and i would expect them to continue this week. From what i have seen in other threads its about 50/50 on what everyone thinks about this game. Lewis Co. does have a great secondary and its sounds like most of the 5aa teams are more passing orientated, so it should be a good game.

Well I would love to see Richland win this one, but from everything i've seen it sounds like the advantage goes to East

Thats cause he fixed it, read above your post. I think Camden will come away with this one. Losing last week should have given them the wakeup call and they will come out ready to play this friday

Camden found out last night how good of a kicker he is. He went 3-3 on fg's and made all his extra points. Also i think that Lorreto's qb would be a good choice for all region qb. He was simply amazing when he played us and i heard many good things about him throughout the season.

I also heard last night that Camden had already printed the "Region Champs" t-shirts and were selling them. That sounds pretty embarissing to whoever decided to go ahead and print them. Also, where was Wilbanks at last night. I've read all year on here that everyone is gonna know where he is cause he's gonna be layin people down. I don't recall any big hits last night, except for the one Colley put on that reciever by the endzone.

I am very pleased with the responses being posted on here. I expected many excuses to be made, just as they always are when there is an upset. I heard several people talking at the game, saying that this game is just like Riverside, and Camden will get cheated by the refs. I'm not for sure on this, but i don't ever remember Camden having a penalty. I could be wrong on that though. I would just like to say thanks to all the Camden fans for showing so much sportmanship. Besides the kids walking on our sides with there shirts off the rest of the fans showed a ton of respect for our team winning. Congratulations to Lewis County, and good luck Camden throughout the playoffs.

Well I decided that i might as well put my opinion in here. This game is going to be a very tough one for the panthers. Everyone knows its hard to pick against your team. Lewis should be well rested coming off the bye week and has hopefully come up with a very decent game plan to try and contain Camden. Everyone one knows that Lewis is the underdog, but it seems that they have been in almost every game this year so thats not that big of a deal. Hopefully everyone will play well and it will be a good game with no injuries. See ya'll there.

I really don't see this game geting ugly. These are both 2 really good teams. If you think that Riverside is just gonna come over here and destroy Lewis County your very wrong. I understand that Riverside is a very good team, but they are not that much better to be able to make this game "undescribable" as you say...

I am going to going to pick Lewis Co. by a touchdown. It seems the past two weeks that most everyone is saying that Adamsville, and Waverly were the perfect team to upset the Panthers. Each week it seems that Lewis Co. is gonna be upset and each week they come away with the victory. People always say that if you stop Hatton than you stop Lewis Co. This just helps Greve, King, and Colley now as everyone keys in on Hatton. Expect some big plays this week and remember that everyone is saying that Lewis has a weak defense but it is the 1 rated in the region...

Lewis County also got beat by Hickman County who also beat Waverly. So this one should be dead even. I like your pick and i think lewis will win
