  1. It's important for the coaches to call their game info in to their local media outlets to get the kids the publicity they deserve. Most of these young men and women don't play after the high school level so coaches, do the right thing and call your games in!
  2. I thought the games were about the kids, not the coaches and their win/loss records. It's a shame that there's coaches that won't call their games in due to the fact they lost.
  3. Red Upset, You seem to know the coaching scene in the Morristown/Jefferson County area. Are you from that area or involved in some way with basketball? Thanks for all of the top-notch information!
  4. M'Town West lost 6-4 to a weak Jefferson County squad. Knox Central is one I would add to this list.
  5. the coach @ greeneville is randy richards, not sanders
  6. My thoughts, for what they are worth, would be that Greeneville couldn't go wrong with Potts or Huskey. If they decided to go with a younger coach, why not Knox Central's J.D. Lambert. He won 16 games this season with a team that under any other coach probably wouldn't have won half that many. [Edited by DodgerSS on 3-16-03 10:53P]
  7. 2 Names I have heard are Gene Husky of Sevier Co. and Michael Potts of Jefferson County.
  8. central wasn't playing with a full aresnal.....don't count out the bobcats just yet!
  9. Even though he's only been a head coach for two seasons, give some love to Knox Central's Gaines Cox!
  10. They Don't have the girl's championship on Friday because they have to play substate games on Sat. Boy's substate is on Monday.
  11. I think that coach Meadows is doing a great job at Jefferson County but he does a good job everywhere he goes. My Question is how long will he stay at Jefferson County?
  12. Bradley Blair, Matt Malone from Greeneville
