talk about trying to be "macho man" on the internet!!! wow!!!! we all know where your weak spot is and who says that KIDS are ruining the internet post sites? did you ever think that maybe the adults have because of their rules and regulations? if adults would learn to take a little trash talk then these post sites would be a lot more fun. freedom of speech should definitely be allowed on any post site. but some people like to hide their true self and only give a partial post. say what you feel and like i said if you can't take the heat or if you have taken a lot of heat and don't want anymore then don't respond.

also, warrior2024 if you are "so tired of people trashing a good thread" maybe you should go back to where it started and it did not start as a good thread. and if you can't take the heat just stay out!!!

whatever you want, athletes, farmers, whatever. white county definitely has it tough every year in almost all sports that they compete in. usually being at the bottom of the barrell is something theses athletes are used to, which is sad. i wish that coaching and administration would see this and try to get them into a district that they can compete in to bring the enthusiasm up in all of the players. i'm not totally against white co. sports, i'm just simply stating the facts that everyone else is afraid to say.

give me a GOOD list of ten in the last seven years? or if you can't reach seven, you can count the academic bowl teams!!!

too bad they can't produce their own athletes, or does sparta know what an A-T-H-L-E-T-E is?

Will white co. put a W on their record this year or will their coach have another winless year as he did last year?

there are 7 teams with 1st and 2nd place getting 4 selections, 3rd and 4th getting 3 selections, 5th getting two selections, and 6th and 7th getting 1 selection. CORRECTION: COOKEVILLE'S 1ST TEAM SELECTION IS COREY BOYD, NOT JOSH PRYOR.

warren county played an excellent game as far as I'm concerned and riverdale came away with a sort of "controversial" call late in the second half. all in all it was a great game and both teams never gave up the entire game.

the semifials will be played on Thursday. at 5:00 it's oakland vs. blackman and at 7:00 it's riverdale vs. warren co./cookeville. friday at 7:00 is the finals. for any parents or fans wanting to know the admission is $5.00.

has anyone heard about the new district change for white county effective fall of '05?? they will be placed in a new district with teams like mt. juliet, wilson central, etc.? i heard this through the grapevine over the weekend.

would that be considered a forfeit? since the cumberland co. coach did not have refs?

WCHS showed up at crossville and they had no refs. evidentally, the refs were supposed to call the coach and inform him that morning but failed to do so. the game has been rescheduled for monday at 4:30 at crossville. :confused:

what happened to LA at Boyd Christian? Looks like that keeper is not as invincible as he says he is. He let 2 goals get by him against Boyd Christian? How is he ever gonna be able to handle all 50 or 60 shots that Ridgeway would give him.

lebanon coach said that it was easter weekend and can't play then. so don't know when the game will be possibly 4/8, 4/21, or 4/25.

I'm sorry but I saw that LA said that they have had shutouts in every game this year. I beg to differ! Did LA not scrimmage White County at the beginning and White County scored on them three times in regulation and then another four times in the shootout afterwards. So don't think that you are some invincible superman. You can and you will be scored on! Oh, but I'm sorry you're district is so weak that you probably won't be because of the low level of talent in your district. They should just hand LA the district title every year. Nobody in that conference can even come close to giving you a game!!!

they have a few players who are really dedicated and have played year round for the last 3 years and they are out for blood. i've seen many white county soccer teams and I believe that this is the strongest team that they have had thus far. #17 Adam Ross, #16 Jason Shockley, and #14 Felix Mueller have this team playing the best soccer of their entire careers.

does anyone know anything about these teams? as far as their strengths or weaknesses or outstanding players?
