i would like to say congrats to the eagles on a season that they deserved. i have never season a group of kids work so hard for something that they wanted so bad. i would like to say that as a coach i am proud of My Guys: degraw, fegenbush, drew, luke and kyle. these guys made coming to practice very enjoyable for me. i enjoyed very much watching luke grow into the very important role in the middle and watching kyle become the leader everyone knew he could be. congrats to all of the seniors.... and good luck in their games in the future....Bo Bates

h's linebackers are good, but i do not think that they are any better then ours. they all three go both ways and play almost every special team.

former QB it is not what you say. it is how you say it. it seems to never fail that when the conversation gets off on something positive that is when you jump in there and bring back some old stuff from 2 pages back. it seeems you feed off the negative stuff. but hey, whatever floats your boat, it does not matter to me. you were talking about the breaks cc got that kept this from getting ugly. i saw the game. the only breaks i saw were the ones that kept it from putting cc over the top. h did not score in the 1, 3, 4 quarter. if fulton did not drop the ball inside the 15 they probably score. walker almost had a pick and would have been gone. the punt in the stands, that drasticaly changed field position. and to top it all off, the fiasco with the refs at the end. but like i said, it is not a big deal to me. i seen the game and i guess me being from cc might have curved my feelings, but at no time was the game on the ropes of being a blowout for h. and i can say this, if cc gets holder back for the stretch watch out.

the kind of offense they have and the numerous backs, no back will rack up the yards.

the punt play was the worst thing i have ever seen in football, and i have been around a long time. there was a fifteen yard penalty against h after the kick occured. the refs for some reason assessed this penalty from the spot of the foul, instead of where the ball was down. the was so stupid. get this if this foul would have occured another 5 or 6 yards down field, would have been 1 down h. that was a very pivital point of the game. as far as the crowd, i was standing on the fence and did not notice the fans. as far as the kid holding up the L after the game. Thats exactly what it was, a kid. i mean he is not 25 or 30. it was a kid that has just one a hard fought game. as far as the kid saying stuff walking through the line, same thing. is both right? absolutely not, but lets let these kids play ball and quit trying to look into everything they do. former qb, addressing the punch thrown. it totaly uncalled for. but think about it, i am sure that this player did absolutely nothing to initiate the conflict. i mean come on. he probably did not even say a word, was walking to the huddle after helping 3 cc players up and BAM a shot to the face.

Is Catlett still coaching in Tennessee?

I can tell you this. I hope he stays out of West Tenn. I do not wish that on anyone. He completly tore down our program at Chester Co. We are still trying to recover from his great coaching. Some of the crazy things he did were completely off the wall. I wish him great success as long as it is away from here!
