Sarah Warren had 12 K's and pitched a 3 hitter and walked 1. Boyd had 9 hits. Big hits in the 2nd and the 4th contributed to big innings. (All the freshmen had the big hits) Boyd will play at 5 vs. Goodpasture.

Good luck to the lady raiders in the final game. Coach Smith is a great coach and has her girls believing in themselves. I am proud for Kelli and her players.

Danielle had 11 K's. I believe that Boyd will be in the finals. They are riding a lot of confidence and hot bats.

Goodpasture got a runner on first with 1 out and advanced the runner to second on a steal. Batter pops up and now 2 outs. Then runner advances to third on a pass ball. Batter then gets a base hit into right center and that the ball game. Boyd had changes to score, however could not get the job done. However, a great boost of confidence for the YOUNG lady bucs. Sarah Warren pitched well getting the Cougars players off balance with a great change-up. Boyd got 3 hits off Danille, who pitched great as well. Very good game to watch and be a part of. Not quite sure. My dad just called and said that Goodpasture scored on a double in the bottom half scoring a runner on third. I would assume that this was a great pitcher's dual. I will know more in just a moment.
