Yeah I got to listen to the 2nd half. I was out fishing all day and came back in just in time to get the 2nd half. Don't think that I got to hear the best part. Seems like the first half they were on fire.

I could have but chose to spend this week (spring break) fishing with my father in law. closer and cheaper. If they make the final four I am going to fly in and watch. Hopefully on coach's tab. (yeah right) I am thinking that they will make elite eight and then I think they will probably play HBU. Which I need some bragging rights. The Houston Baptist coach used to coach at the school that I am coaching at now. Then they see Oklahoma City. Who knows about that. Our school has won 12 out of the last 13 state championships in boys and 3 of the last 5 in girls. I think the expectations are set high way before I got here. Our junior class of boys is being called the best class of guys in high school right now. Average height of 6'9. (four guys)

BoredGuy - He is just living off the recruits that this coach brought in. I have told him to not ride my coattails! LOL. They are having a good year there at FHU though. We didnt do bad here. State semi's with only 2 seniors and a great "recruiting" class coming in next year. Gotta love these texas private school leagues! They have a tape of my team there if you want to see them in action.

Strenght - This is an old high school friend that is now in Houston. How are things going up there at Witthorne? Heard a lot about you when you were at NCS but havent heard much since you moved closer to H-town. I am coaching a team that is about to play in the state tourney down here in Houston. As far as men being able to coach women, I think that if a man keeps as professional attitude there is nothing wrong with it. I would say that it would be easier if a woman was there to assist or even head coach and the man be the assistant. Those coaches that Lewis County has are great coaches that have done wonders with that program. I firmly believe that the high school success is where it is because of the coaches at the middle school level. Whatever they decide to do, I wish them the best and thank them as a former Lewis Countian for what they have done for the program and the many players that have come through their program.

I saw this girl play at a Tennessee Elite practice last year and was very impressed with her ability to run and see the floor. Has she signed or is she leaning to signing anywhere?

While I am not sure as to who posted these heights, it is common practice to overexaggerate the height (and weight in football). This seems to be done in high school as well as college and pro sports.

Anyone know who played in the finals? Anyone have the results of this tournament and then the bracket for the middle tn tourney?

Ok I think we get the point of some people's opinion. We try to encourage positive comments on coacht. I know that people have a right to have an opinion but I think that we can all agree that we know these people's opinion and nothing good is going to come of this thread.
