I didn't mean to open a public/private debate,or accuse anyone of cheating! I just wonderd if the tssaa could or WOULD enforce their own rule if someone openly and willfully violated the dead period.I know a "coach" who did ,the TSSAA was told and did NOTHING !

What's the penalty for a "Dead Period" violation? How is it enforced? How are violations discovered? What if a weight room is opened',but only players know how to get in and where to go ?I know that no coach would do this but what if they did ? Who checks to see ?
