    Jamison Link

Throughout the year there was a lot said about this young man. With the TSSAA ruling I have not hear much about him. Just curious on what he is doing and if he is being recruited. Would like to know what is going on with this kid. I never got to see him play but never heard a negatie remark about his charachter or athletic ability. If anyone has info on Link that would be great. Thanks.
  2. Jamison Link has 1,119 yards rushing this year with 148 carries. He has 3 INT (on returned for a touchdown) he has throw for almost 500 yards with 9 TD passes. He has 52 tackles and a 40 yard punting avg. This is a kid to watch. From my sources the colleges in the running for Link are: Army Navy Vanderbilt Louisville MTSU North Carolina Kentucky Samford Western KY Tennessee Tech Tennessee @ Chatt. Those are what I have heard but there could possibly be more. Most of the time kids will try to keep people from knowing because of rumors. I hope everything comes out for the best for him. And, does anyone know the scoop on David Wolke of Smyrna. Has he committed? Just curious if anyone has any info.
  3. You say Jamison Link from Gallatin is a D-1aa player...I question that. He may not have that great size and my guess is that he will not be a QB but this kid can play. How many QBs to you see in the top 20 in rushing yards and he only has 80 carries! He is an athlete to watch. If he settles for anything less than D-1a, I think it will be a mistake. Great athlete and fun to watch.
  4. I agree with Brian Hall, he is a great quarterback and very taleted athlete. I saw the game against Gallatin and he proved his ability. I also thought that Gallatin QB Jamison Link was very impressive. That was a battle of quarterbacks. And one thing, if Hall runs a 4.3-4.4 40, I want to know what Link runs because when he picked up a fumble it was neck and neck but Link out ran him by a step. I dont know if it had to do with fatigue or what but still that is smokin. Either way they are both extremely fast and excited to watch. To all-state picks in my book.
  5. I know every year at least one team from Suner County makes a statement. You have Gallatin, Hendersonville, and Beech who are all three power houses of the past. Then you have Portland who has made a name for themselves in the past couple of years. Anyways, I was just wondering who some sumner county standouts are this year. Who are the ones to watch in Sumner County?
  6. Jamison Link Gallatin RJ Meadows Beech Wilford Blowe Hixson David Wolke Smyrna Calvin Bryant Hillsboro these are the only ones I can think of after watchig last year's play.
