Sports South will be there? Is this game televised?

I have been able to find times and places for this tournament but that is about it. Monday's games are at Cascade High and Tuesday's games are at Community High. Game times are 4, 5:30, 7 and 8:30pm. Anyone know the schedule of matchups?

The Bedford County Classic is played on Monday and Tuesday. Games on Monday are played at Cascade High School. Games on Tuesday are played at Community High School. Not sure of the exact schedule. Hope this helps.

Shelbyville falls in the final round of the loser's bracket for the Nike Tournament. Shelbyville 40 Long Beech, Poly 59 Scoring: Newman with 7 Canon with 10 Almander with 6 Snipes with 12 Houston with 4 Bailey with 1 Newman fouled out early in 3rd quarter. Shelbyville now places 6th and Long Beech Poly places 5th in the National bracket.

Shelbyville trails at the half 27-21 in the final round of the Nike Tourney. They are in the last round of the loser's bracket and playing Long Beech Poly from CA. Winner will finish 5th in the tourney while the loser finishes 6th in the National Bracket.

Upon losing to St. Marys on Friday, Shelbyville played Narbonne (CA) in the loser bracket of the Nike Tourney. Shelbyville won 58-33.

Anyone know the scores for the Blackman Classic? They had a doubleheader on Thursday. I did not see the games mentioned in the scoreboard.

Just a verification here. According to USA Today on December 16, Bishop McNamera from Maryland is the number one team in the nation. They were number two in preseason and moved up when Shelbyville fell out of the rankings. Canyon, however, is an excellent team and had not lost in nearly two years. This is a great win for Oak Ridge. I hope they move up in the next USA Today poll. By the way, Bishop McNamera is also at the Nike Tourney. They are in the bracket with Shelbyville and could meet them in the finals.

The schedule is as follows: Thurs Blackman vs. Smyrna (girls) at 6:30 pm followed by Blackman vs Shelbyville (boys) Fri Blackman vs. Wilson Central (girls) at 6:30 pm followed by Blackman vs. Smyrna (Boys) Note: Because Warren County HS had a classmate that died, they pulled from the classic. Games have been revised accordingly.

I would love to know the schedule for this event, but all I get on the TSSAA site is TBA for the games.

Anyone know the times and teams for the Blackman Christmas Classic?

I know I would not want to be the team scheduled following a Shelbyville loss. Most of the time, they rebound VERY well and crush the next team they play. I dont look for a close game against Dyer Co.

CSS has done a football game of the week, does anyone know if any of the basketball games will be televised? Season or tournaments? Would love to see some other high schools this year.

I know that CSS has carried the Game of the Week, but does anyone know if there are plans to broadcast the Blue Cross Bowl on television this year?

When someone told Jack Harlow that this week was the state playoffs, he must have mistakenly thought they meant the basketball playoffs. Tonight, Bradley Co. played Shelbyville with the intensity and fire of the state finals. Bradley Co. hit three three-point shots to take a quick lead keep Shelbyville scoreless in the first three minutes. This game was intense and had the feeling of a playoff games. These two teams should meet again. The final was Shelbyville 46, Bradley Co. 35. Shelbyville also won 43-27 over Wilson Central. In other games, Jackson Co. came from behind in both of their games to win 58-54 over Blackman and 66-59 over Loretto. Blackman and Loretto had the lead for most of the game, and Jackson Co. came back in the last few minutes of both games to win. In the other game at Shelbyville's gym, Lavergne won 38-34 over Moore Co.
