I think that Cloudland has as good a chance as anyone to make it to state. Being from Cloudland myself, I must say that our defensive line are not, as you say it, marshmallows. They are some of the best that you will find in East Tennessee. Mark Byrd, Dakota Benfield, Dane Christman (Mr. Football nominee), and Jeff Lunsford will all be returning. This gives us a great chance at the golden ball. Good luck guys! Don't make me have to eat my words.

Nothing bad towards Britton, but I just wasn't impressed by him. I've seen other quarterbacks that have awed me more than he did. Maybe he was just having an off night.

Cloudland DOES work hard. I don't know where you came off saying that. I do think that private schools need to be in a league of their own. We take what we can get in public schools, while private schools can recruit if need be. Everyone has their own opinion on this subject.

That is a wonderful article on Mark. It shows that the image of football players, dumb and only concerned with football, is a stereotype. Mark is very smart and one of the nicest guys that you will meet. Good luck to him in his career, he deserves it.
