Well it didnt turn out how i thought it would. Sycamore won by 15 but the game was very sloppy. The refs werent the best ive seen. Creekwood did play well though, they took Sycamore out of there game for most of the night. Sycamore will have to play better against Stewart.

I know there is a Dyer Co. tournament during Christmas break, I would just like to know what teams are playing in it.

I cant believe I forgot about CJ Davis. He can shoot the ball very well, but I think Sycamore's pressure defense can make him uncomfortable. Frey will be tough to stop but Sycamore has plenty of bodies to throw at him with Bullard, John, and Chad. The key, I think is to get Frey into foul trouble, if they do that then they can just concentrate on Davis. I still have Sycamore winning, but it will be the closest game so far this year.

I believe that Sycamore will handle Creekwood with ease(by at least 25). I also think they will not have a tough time with Stewart either. I mean Creekwood beat Stewart, so I think Sycamore will win by 20. Sycamore has way too many weapons for Stewart, and I think Farmer will have a good defense to slow down West. The Goodpasture game will be good but I still think that Sycamore will win by double digits. Yes Goodpasture has a very good post player but I havent heard much about there gaurds and that is Sycamore's strong point, both offense and defense. I think John will give their post player some fits inside.

So what does that make Harpeth if a horrible team like Sycamore beats them by 15 and leads basically the whole game. Plus you just said that you got there with 10 sec. left in the game so how can you judge a team when you didnt even watch them play? And plus it was a smart thing to hold the Harpeth student section. There is no point to get into a fight over a game. I thought that both student sections did a good job of cheering and really didnt go over board with any of the cheers. Big Nasty you should go to the next game so you can see how the horrible Sycamore team beats the awesome Indians....AGAIN.

Dont let the score being misleading, this was a good game the whole time. Even though Sycamore had the lead bascially the whole game it still got pretty intense. I think the game was over when Big John threw one down in around the 4 or 5 min mark. I believe the best team did win though, and it showed that they are more of a team than Harpeth is too. Both teams best players were held in check(Moulton and Erland). Both teams played good defense and you could tell that there main focus was on both of them. But all in all it should be another good game when it goes back to Sycamore.

Sycamore won this game by 30. Another great game from Jesse Moulton, who had another 30 point game. Harpeth better concentrate on him or he is goin to light them up. I heard Harpeth struggled with Cheatham tonight. They better play a lot better Friday or it could get ugly, but I think Harpeth just overlooked Cheatham. They will play better against Sycamore and will be ready. I'm impressed how Sycamore is taking one game at a time so far this season and not looking ahead to other games. I think this is helping them tremendously.

I agree with with everything you have said. But dont forget about Joey Beech for Cheatham, he has been their leading scorer this year for Cheatham. It doesnt matter how much he scores because Harpeth will win by at least 20. I have nothing to say about your Sycamore/Harpeth game cuz you nailed it right on the head about the match-ups.

Well if Stewart has a the potential to beat Sycamore then they def. have the potential to beat Harpeth.

This game got ugly quickly. Sycamore dominated from the opening tip. Cheatham's defense pretty much stinks. Over half of Jesse's points was scored because he was wide open. You just cant leave the best player open. Cheatham's offense is also horrible. I have no clue how many TO's Cheatham had but it was a lot. Next time these teams meet it will be the same outcome, maybe worse.

Sycamore is better cuz they get back a true pg in Channing Tinch and Jill doesnt have to play out of her postion now. The younger players have more experience and have developed. The reason Sycamore will win is cuz Cheatham lost their best post player(Baines), their best leader(Casey), and lost a good overall player(Morehead). Yes they still have their best player returning but if you shut her down Cheatham is nothin. Cheatham has no post presence at all, and Lacy and Becka are goin to have a field day. Im not sayin that it will be a blow out, its goin to be a good game but i just think Sycamore has too many weapons.

Even if Sycamore comes out the way the way they played against East Robertson and Kenwood they still will win by 20 points. Kenwood and Cheatham has already played and Cheatham got beat by 20. This game will not even be close, no matter how hard Cheatham plays because I know Sycamore is not goin to take it easy.

If Montgomery Central beat Kenwood then Sycamore should win by at least 15 points. The only concern is how Sycamore will do against a more athletic team.

The guys didnt play Liberty Tech, only the girls were scheduled for that game. John is strong, the only problem is that he plays weak. He doesnt play aggressive, it looks like he is thinking that if he plays to aggressive that he will get fouls called on him, but it would really help if he did play aggressive cuz then he would be very hard to stop.

I love how a few Sycamore fans are getting everybody upset. They know what they are doing and thats just to get yall mad. And it looks like its working. If you just stop trying to comment back against them, then eventually this whole non-sense will stop. Because all of this is immature.

Last time I checked I dont remember any REAL teams in Clarksville.

First of all anybody from this district besides Sycamore and Harpeth, should not even say any thing bout these teams cuz they have no room to talk cuz everybody else is down right pathetic. Second, about the whole Sycamore comes around during tourney time is right. Yeah last year they didnt do well at all, but in the past 4 years they have been to sub-state 3 times. The bad thing is that they had to play either the state champs or state runner-up(Giles, Bolivar, and Marshall Co.). Not only will Sycamore have a good season record this year, Coach Farmer will also have them ready for the tournament. Do I think they are better than Bolivar? No. Do I think they are better than Libery? No. But Sycamore has a good enough team to make the upset to both of these teams, and so does Harpeth. And third, Sycamore would never forfeit a game. Especially to Northeast. Why would they forfeit to someone they have played the last four years? It doesnt make sense, so whoever came up with that rumor is just an idiot.

Catfish, how are you goin to say that Cheatham is goin to be good. They lost to an average team by 20 points. Im sorry but the Cubs will not be a team to worry about in the district. The Sycamore-Cheatham game will not even be close, I will say that Sycamore wins by at least 25. If you want to know the next game Sycamore plays, it will be this Tuesday at home against East Robertson.

But dont forget without RD at Sycamore, Harpeth probably would not have won that game.(The steal at the end of the game) But I do understand the whole better as a team thing, but there will be some times where they will miss RD. Just like every team will miss there star player at certain times. And Catfish, are you serious about Jack? Nothin against him, but he is not a dominating post or even an above average post. And about the team playing better by losing their star player, well their whole team graduated last year. They even have people playing that I have never heard of before.

Sycamore and Harpeth will be the top two teams in the district. There in no other team in the district that is better than these two teams. Even though these teams are so close, I have to pick Sycamore to win the district. They had an impressive win over Greenbriar to start the season. They were already better than last years team when they hired Coach Farmer this past spring. Here are my district rankings 1.Sycamore: The Coach Farmer might be just as good as Coach Jones. Sycamore likes to run and gun and Coach Farmer gives his players a lot of freedom on offense and they all play unselfish as a team. They are fast and very long so their defense will also be good. Watch out for Jesse Moulton, Austin Lohin, and suprise player Chad Scott. Jesse will compete for district MVP. 2.Harpeth: Returns a lot of guys from last years team, but they lose two key guys. Ross Collins and RD. Coach Wilson will have their team playing hard as ususal. They run the half court offense very well and play defense very aggressive. Watch out for Erland and Cody Davis. Both have the potential to take over games. In my mind Erland is the best player in the district. 3.Montgomery Central: Returns one of the best post players in the district in Cody Dunn. They did lose their best gaurd, not sure of the name. Cody will be their go to guy for MC. The only problem is that who will be PG for them. Coach Young will have his team ready against anybody. 4.Creekwood: Lost top three scorers in Groves, Dardin, and Derra. I heard they had a very good camp this summer. This team will suprise people. They really dont have a go to guy they just play as a team. The defense will be the strength of the team. 5.Stewart Co.: Jake West would be the best player in the district if it wasnt for Erland. They could also be better than Creekwood and MC. Just like Creekwood they will suprise people. I think the coach did a good job with the team last year. Dont forget they almost upset Harpeth last year in districts. 6.Cheatham Co.: They lost a very good coach this past year. They also lost a lot of players from last years team. The key players for Cheatham will be Don Dansby, Joey Beech, and Tyler Guy. The bad part is that is it, there is nothing else. 7.Waverly: They lost 9 players last year, 4 of them and sometimes 5 started for them last year. Not to mention they lost the district mvp Ricco. They only return one player that has a lot of game time experience, which is the Reid kid. I dont see a lot of scorin from Waverly this year. 8.Fairview: Its Fairview, enough said.

Well Sycamore won by 30. Yes thats right 30. Moulton unstoppable, Lohin unstoppable, Sycamore unstoppable. Sycamore did everything they wanted to on offese and defense. A great game all around. Harpeth and Cheatham's coaches were there tonight and I bet after tonight they were just a little bit more worried about Sycamore.
